    1. THE PROBLEM IS NOT POVERTY OR PARENTS BIRTHING KIDS THEY CANT CATER FOR!!! In the past, our parents had 10, 15, 20 kids but they were innocent and NOT CRIMINAL MINDED! These children are a reflection of THEIR PARENTS' VALUES!!! Ndi, make money but go off social media so that nobody will ask you questions. This is the result!!!

  2. This is the result of encouraging the Naira Marley influence.
This is the result of celebrating wealth from unknown sources.
Is this the beginning of a new era?

I see how degenerated our society has become, scam has been dressed so well and worn Dior fragrance, it now looks so glamorous and inspirational to these kids. I cant say I blame them, I see failed parenting, I see failed governments.

The worst is that the society suffers it most.

They seem to be trying but the officials will accept huge bribes and they're back with their laptops again. The fight against cybercrime is one of the most difficult fights for a nation, cus they can be anywhere with a laptop.

    2. Don't blame government for everything .Who are their parents?. If their parents are still alive they should get them arrested and question them .These children are supposed to be under parents or guidance.
      Is not child abuse??

  8. Another potential monsters.

Parents give birth to the number or kids you can take care of.

Stop all these "God that bring children will bring the money to train them" or "children bring good luck"

Stop having children because you see them as investment plan for old age.

I once saw a lady roasting corn by the road side, she has 7 children.
That kind of person is not suppose to have a single child. It is wickedness to humanity for that kind of person to have kids.

Give birth to the number of kids you can comfortably train.

The other day I saw a boy that is not more than 18yrs driving Venza and I'm pretty sure his parents will never question his source of wealth.

I think a law to control birth rate should be established.
Couples financial capability should be examined and confirmed that they are buoyant enough before they start giving birth and no couple should birth more than 3kids no matter how rich they are.

Almost every news I read online are madness.

    God save Nigeria.

    1. couples financial capability yen yen yen.Chike stop it biko. These ones are born at home & have no birth records nor certificates becuz there are no primary healthcare centers nor maternity hospitals free for their pregnant mums.A govt that has no plans for families can't dictate how many kids they bear.Thank you.

    2. Anon 11:30, since the govt can’t control the number of kids you say, then the parents will birth kids that would disturb you and i. Very soon it would become everybody’s problem.
Chike you are so spot on, i totally agree with you.

    3. Chike, unfortunately some who can comfortably and morally afford to raise 7 children HAVE NONE.
      That's the irony of life.

You know most poor people are uneducated, ignorant and cannot afford family planning.

Sometimes, I wonder why God allows mostly the poor to have children with ease with little or no birth complications.
However, some the rich and middle class struggle with conception, miscarriages, stillbirth etc.

      God knows best. 🀷‍♀️

  12. I went to see someone one day and she told me to wait for her in a restaurant in the front of her office, I entered there and met group of children age range 13- 17 years, they were discussing how to make it in life, note; this is school hours. I joined them, they were open to me that I was so shocked and concerned about what goes on mentally and psychologically on an average Nigerian child now. A girl told me," Aunty, see ooo, I am ready to do yahoo, yahoo it's the yahoo plus she is scared of if blood is involved, that she can't sweat in her life ooo and must be very rich. I tried to explain to explain alot of things to her which took me like being exhausted to make her see reasons. Children are talented and unique, let parents be careful what they exposed their children to, movies, actions. Children are not moved by your advise but how well you practice what you preach. Have number you can comfortably raise and pray for long life, good health and all you need to raise them to the GLORY OF GOD. Know your children circle please especially those quiet ones that cliques have manipulated their reasoning that they now see their parents as local and inadequate. The government should place laws on social media postings, all the show off should be controlled. The movie industry should look into what they act and put out for viewing. We all have one thing to do to stop this issue spreading like wildfire for it's getting messy by the second and when not monitored and controlled will destroy this nation.

    1. The Government should FIRST start by giving FREE, SOUND EDUCATION embedded with moral instructions and option of vocational training up to secondary school level for every Nigerian child.

They should include free Medicare for all under age 18.

To change Group behaviour, you must start by first unfreezing their Group norm, then introduce the change you want them to internalize and finally, you stabilize that new norm by rewarding excellence, merit and putting laws/guidelines in place.

If you start by making laws, those you want to change will RESIST it because they are used to and comfortable in their old norm/lifestyle.

  16. Assuming they were not caught, they would probably become rich, and people would start to celebrate them. And when sane people ask for their source of wealth, they would be tagged 'haters'. If we want this sort of madness to stop we need to stop celebrating people with questionable source of income

  17. Many years ago, one of my Owerri female 'friends' told me she doesn't mind getting married to a '419' man, no jokes at all and I starred at her so hard and she starred right back at me. Why did I stare at her? This was a pretty lady, an undergraduate yet nursing such thoughts and lived for money only. I wondered what values she had to pass on to a child(ren). Yes, soon enough, after her wild life, she did get married but today, how far with her life? -Frying pan to fire. Now tell me, if such lady would discourage her child/children from yahoo, yahoo. What Nigeria is faced with is self-made. We brought it upon ourselves and we haven't even seen anything yet. Nobody will deliver us except us too. We must therefore go back to the drawing board-our foundations, families and home and reset our values.

I'm glad you mentioned 'self-made' which means self-inflicted in this context.
Permit me to take 'self-made' in another context (of making it on one's efforts alone). If Nigerian Government will build infrastructures, generate adequate electricity and allow institutions to function such that NOBODY is above the rule of law, individuals and groups of people will establish genuine enterprise, set up industries and become honest, 'SELF-MADE' successful citizens. πŸ™πŸΎ

There's this boy in my Street who is into Yahoo, one Alfa does 'prayer' for him, if you see the way they hail him each time he visits eh, the other one they call 'Baby' shared Semo packs during the lockdown, women were scampering to get it, they all know what he does o, there is also this twin brothers also doing Yahoo, their father is an Alfa that does ritual for them to succeed, mind you this twin brothers are graduates o.

How did the person get your number??
How did the person know is you ??
