Madam what everyone is saying has nothing to do with niceness. When you run a company, there’s a way to go about it, there are processes to be put in place and how to manage staff. where is her so-called ebonylife today? She ruined it with her lack of proper management skills which was why she borrowed money and moved on to hospitality, and in the process she hurt so many people. Been in the industry for years and i have not come across ONE ex staff that has anything good to say about her. Not one. And she claims to have started her career in HR. Oh pls!
