Lagos BRT Bus Driver Andrew Nice Alleges He Picked Up Unknown Gunmen Who Murdered Bamise Ayanwole

Lagos BRT Bus Driver Andrew Nice who allegedly murder 22 year-old Bamise Ayanwole is telling a different story of how he picked up kidnappers after picking up 22 year old Bamise who went missing......

In an interview with TVC he said....

Interviewer: Why did you run?

Andrew: Why did I run sir?, I picked her from Chevron, then the other three guys at Agungui when those guys showed me their weapons, I couldn't be myself anymore, fears came all over me so whatever the man with a gun told me that was what I did.

When I followed that Carter after the overhead bridge they ordered me to stop them that I should open the door, they came down they started dragging her. When I saw she was crying for help I became helpless so I was thinking she was inside the vehicle holding the iron. Sir, I moved on.

Interviewer: So you left her there?

Andrew: Yes sir, that's just the truth I left her I never knew they dragged her down already.

Interviewer
: What is the connection between you and those three guys you picked up?

Andrew: I have no connection with any of them

This man is a liar....he saw the faces of the Kidnappers and they let him go without hurting or killing him?.... He ran when his first reaction after being scared would have been to run and try to get help to save the young woman....?
He is lying and is in the know......

Maybe if hand touch am small e go talk wetin happen.

    3. Was it before or after he picked the kidnappers that the girl recorded that video? How come she forgot to mention them and even said SHE WAS ALONE IN THE BUS WITH THE DRIVER. God punish this wicked ritualist!!!

  2. This guy is a liar. If he didn’t do it alone, he obviously had help. Who knows, if the story about those “unknown gun men” is true, then they were in on it together.
No one is safe anymore. May God helps us.

  3. He is definitely an accomplice

How come he picked only her and afterwards packed the guys some miles away, this doesn't add up

Why didnt they kill you too?

She was smart enough to do a voice note else people would have said something else

    She didn't do prostitution
    She didn't follow yahoo
    She didn't follow alhaji
She didn't chill with the big boys

She only boarded BRT alive and came out dead 😭

    RIP

I’m sure this idiot has a child as old as Bamise at home. God will forever punish him. He should be killed after confessing.

  14. Check his phone records, calls, text messages and every every, the truth will come out.

It is a bit strange that the driver chose to hide instead of going to the police station, did he even inform his direct supervisor?? Why did he not pick other passengers after he picked Bamise? So many questions that needs answers.

The police need to solve the mystery behind this girl's death. Go after her kilĺers and prosecute them. Do not let her die in vain, poor girl was only coming from work.

  15. This man is a liar, I just watched a video the late Bamise made and sent to her friend, the bus was pitch black, the gurl was already uncomfortable and scared even before the other people that killed her joined them. He purposely turned off the lights and picked his fellow ritualist, so that nobody will see what they are doing to her from outside.

  28. This man and his cohorts should be condemned to death by firing squad.

Nigerian government at both State and Federal levels should resume implementing the death penalty once a person has been convicted by the courts.

  29. When I read this story, I just wasn’t myself. I have read lots of crazy stories but this one hit hard. Unconsciously, I just cast my mind back to the various times I have boarded public transport very late, starting from day 1 of work, up until today; various times I have been at bus-stops late, whether coming back from work or from weekend studies; times I have taken Uber as late as 10, 11pm - we only check number plates and picture of the driver and then graduated to checking the boot (in case someone is in there). It dawned on me how any of those instances could have been a danger to me. I recall one time I almost fell asleep in an Uber and got startled when the guy was going off-course on 3rd mainland. Hmmm, I really shed tears because anything would have happened on any of those days.
Earning a living should not be dangerous! When people step out of their houses, they should be able to return home! I am not even going to call God’s name in this because who says those who encounter these hoodlums don’t pray? We need a serious purge in this country. The market for human parts and ransoms should be dealt with as decisively as the war on drugs. Something needs to change! She was just hustling, she did nothing wrong 😢😤

    1. Hmmm when my mum was telling me i really dont know how lucky i am,i have never really experienced taking public transport from when i started work. My elder sister got married moved to US and gave me her old car, used that for some years, after that my parents bought me another car till i got married and got another.
The dangers people face leaving their houses sometimes early at 4.30am to stand at bus-stops, close late till 9/10 again. You can be robbed, raped, anything can happen. Plus i have always stayed on the island so my comute to work sef is not more than 30/45mins. If i wake up 6.30 will be make it to office by 8.

  31. Why did he run away from home after the incident if he was innocent

    ReplyDelete
  32. He went to park the bus quietly at the station and went home witnessing the
    kidnap of his passenger.

Next day, he resumed to start work as if nothing happened the day or two days before.

He did not report the kidnap incident to his employer.

He ran away from work only after he heard enquiry had been made about the whereabouts of the young woman.

He was arrested only after his guarantors had been arrested (meaning he went awol and was in hiding).

If "gun men" had attempted to rob him of the bus, fired, missed him, and had broken a window of the bus would he have reported to his boss and co-workers, and also do a celebratory dance at work the next day?

The law books say don't convict on suspicion. But it says that where circumstantial evidence points in one direction, it is even better than the oral evidence given by Man because man can lie while pieces of evidence cannot arrange themselves to one direction unless they are true.

The law books also say that when two people are last seen together alive, and the one is found killed soon after, the surviving other has to fully explain he did not kill the dead person or is presumed the killer.

In the light of all circumstantial evidence (video, voicemail, this man's behavior) does this man's explanation make sense or exculpate him?
