  2. Story of my life nobody tells you about the changes that happens to your lady parts after childbirth..

I think women's bodies are different for some women it snaps back as if nothing happened but for other women not so much ..

Well whatever the changes love your self you are a warrior and don't let anybody make you feel less if you can afford to get corrective treatment do.

    1. It can never snap back like nothing happened and there's no corrective treatment. A whole child came out of there. That's one thing mothers should caution their daughters about but they never talk about it rather they'll be putting pressure on you to get married and start having kids like that's the only thing that makes you complete. If you start a family and have kids with a wicked man, you'll regret your life. Many women say motherhood is everything but I don't think so. You spend years training your kids before they can actually grow to have meaningful conversations with you. I don't want to ever have kids. This world is evil.

    2. If you stuffed yourself with refined sugar during pregnancy, "warrior" you are the architect of your own wide vjay. You birthed big babies as a result.

    3. Big babies are not only birth by those that stuffed themselves with sugar.i don't take carbonated drinks, beverages or too much carb but guess what? I gave birth to a 4.2kg baby.during pregnancy,I was even extra careful,my meal was based on vegetables, fruits, water and small carbs, did exercises infact most people didn't know I was pregnant till about six months yet I gave birth to a big baby and my vjay didn't get wide.

She did not say that refined sugar is the only cause of big babies, but it is definitely one of the causes. If you are big, your baby will probably be big. If you eat a lot, same etc. Try to understand simple statements without attacks.

  3. Its not easy being a new parents. I really appreciate women out there. Kids change women the most and not men. Men continue their life as if nothing has happened but women has to stay awake, do more in taking care of the kids and undergo changes in the body.

    1. Men need yo be prepped and trained on what childbirth does

      Delete
    2. @Jet li, start the training with the men around you. A lot of ladies make comment like this, but they don't have these discussions with the men in their family and their close male friends.

  4. Mine became better and better.
After 6 babies, I added 15kg but my husband said they are in the right places; boobs especially.
He had always maintained that I was always more beautiful when pregnant. I learned to eat right in pregnancy; mainly fruits and vegetables during the day and any meal of my choice by evening. I avoided every refined sugar and drinks of same.
Character-wise; I learned to be more more patient, kind, loving, self-controlled etc. the character of Christ.
Pregnancy taught me that God renews women through pregnancy, but we much do our part; being faithful to him and with propriety.

  5. Let me tell us the secret of having your vaginal walls resilient and firm after childbirth. Cut off soda/refined sugar drinks. Your babies won't be overweight at birth as to stretch there out of shape.

    1. My two kids weighed 2.3 and 2.5 respectively. After that,I didn't have sex for 2years for the second child yet when I started having sex it was as wide as. Presently,I can't even tell a man that I haven't had sex getting to two years now because when he eventually does the place looks like someone who's been having it on a daily. I have tried that kegel exercise of a thing yet no difference. All I did was to bring in two good humans into the world

    2. Vaginoplasty is not expensive at all. Ask a gynecologist to point you to a colleague who does it well. It's a procedure you do and go home same day.

    3. Dear Anon 16:18, kindly do a reconstructive surgery on your V. With a good doctor, the place will be as good as new. All the best.

    5. You know it's cosmetic surgery and depends on the appetite of your doctor. I will suggest ask from a government hospital. The doctor may choose to take you elsewhere Sha. Just budget like 100k. Most times is less like 50 - 60k.

  6. My husband said it's tighter than before, but inside me, I know he is just saying it to make me feel good. It's my tohtoh and I know it's not like before again talkless of after 4kids. It's not loose, just not like pre pregnancy state. Clit became bigger, labia fatter and open, looks like buns, it's not cute and small like before.

  9. No one told me about the early pregnancy symptoms 😭😭😭. Ok, I knew but nothing prepared me for these feelings and shiiit. I mean what is this nausea and lack of will to eat. I lurrrvvvv food for goodness sake. I’m sooo weak half the time, I just want to lie in bed all day! Then I hear this isn’t the worse part. I wish I could even vomit so the nausea would go.
What about the potential changes to the body. I can’t imagine people that went through this on their own. Y’all are the real MVPs.
I can’t wait to meet my baby though. In between all these, I’m glad I’ll be having a mini me or he. Alhamdulilah!

  11. My tummy is no longer as flat as it was b4 my babies came. My bums, boobs and thighs increased in size. My period became heavier after my 3rd baby...I'm presently no longer using any kind of pad as none could help me.

Having a baby (babies)is not an easy feat. You become solely responsible for another human being (s). There's the sleepless nights, feeding, washing, cleaning, sterilizing, shopping...and it all continues.

What about when a child is sick? U wake up to always monitor the tempreture et al. I don't any mother sleeps all through the night without interruption...for me, I always wake almost every hour to check my kids' tempreture, if too hot I remove their clothes and rub them down with a wet towel, if cold, I put on them sweaters, trousers, stockings, hats, etc.
A child cannot be on diaper for letting life so at certain times, u have to reduce and entirely stop d diaper, that doesn't mean they have mastered holding themselves and not getting the bed while asleep. That brings u to the night potty duty. I literally have an alarm on my phone for every hour starting 11pm till 4am( that's when I leave the bed and start preparing for the new day). So every hour when the alarm goes, I wake up and take my kids one by one to the potty to urinate. Though it's stressful (waking every hour) but it has helped make my kids to drastically reduce bed wetting (most nights, they don't at all).

What about the social aspect? I don't remember the last time I attended an event... wedding, burial, child ceremony, etc. Any invite I (we) get, I had to first consider if children can be in such places. So most times hubby ends up going alone while I stay back with the kids.

Dressing....? From pregnancy (especially from 2nd trimester) you have to change your wears to more comfortable stuff. U think it will end once the baby is here...lol. Every cloth I wear once I'm still nursing have to have access so I can easily nurse my baby. Either it has a zip or buttons in front of the front will be low cut. There are lots of clothes I haven't worn in my box cos they are not nursing friendly.

Having babies are great, fun and lovely...at the same time it's stressful, requires full commitment and great work. That's why when I see people shaming women whom they term 'house wife', I laugh, cos u don't know what those women are going through.

  14. The change I experienced was mental. Due to sleep deprivation became extremely forgetful. It affected me at work as 90% of my consciousness centred around the baby and family and I had very little space for anything else. I missed appointments and made a lot of mistakes at work mixing things up.

  17. Got a masculine voice, chin and neck hair as bonus, went from a size 10 to 14, mummy pouch thanks to diastasis recti (healing now), discovered the art of fretting over baby from weight to feeding (she's still haphazardly comfort nursing and eating cereal in addition to other solid meals at 2yrs & 7 months and is the pickiest eater but weighs about a healthy 15kg) to malaria scares, to noise sensitivity etc, loss of deep sleep powers, drastic shift in focus to the needs of the growing baby.
On the plus side, she restored my hairline and gave me a fuller head of hair, awoke the fiercest love in me and spurred me on a self-development journey, I'm calmer and don't sweat the small stuff, I get some form of excercise as she likes to be carried and held a lot. Oh my water drinking has improved as she gulps water plus she has made me a professional interior decorator, I'm always arranging something indoors. Thank God for Motherhood. Baby dust to all in the receiving stage.

  18. I used to love sleeping a lot, being a mother I can't imagine the last time I slept for 6 hours at a stretch, but am forever grateful for my princess,my hips became fuller,my complexion more cleared,my breast fallen no stretch marks, my belly still flat, been firming up my vjay gradually, nobody knows am a mother except they see me with my baby, she is my photocopy to the letter

  19. My baby is 8 months old and I still weigh 3kg above my pre-pregancy weight. I hope to lose just 1Kg though. My boobs are noticeably smaller and I fear they may disappear if I lose all the weightI gained. I have a bit more hips but my top part is OK. My libido is down the drain but I still have to indulge my husband. I have no stretched marks, no stomach bulge which is surprising as I have had my 2 kids via CS (for medical reasons). I have a nanny that helps with the baby on weekdays as I work full time so not much stress. But she's more clingy now and doesn't want anyone, including her dad to hold her. The weekends are quite hectic. Funny enough I have not exercised since I had her. I'm a UK size 6 but I feel so heavy, it worries me. All I want is a little time to get fit.
