 FRIENDSHIP PALAVA

When you live in a neighborhood where everyone is in each others business no matter how educated or posh you try to be, you will have no other choice than to join them sometimes.

The gossip always originates from the street salon. When one person gets up she automatically becomes the next topic.

As for me,I like amebo and I discovered that every gist filters to me; and even the ones I wasn’t interested in, i still get to hear all the details..

There is this Landlady and her tenant who became very close and attend owanbe together , even eat each other’s food. The friendship progressed until one rainy day the two women in their 40’s dragged ach other outside and fought like two mad lions....

I was in my room playing ludo when my phone rang, I checked the caller I.D and quickly picked because my street bestie never calls except there is chaos.

We gathered there and heard the full gist. Turns out tenant has been spreading all Landlady’s matter and one loyal olofofo went back to tell her.

The gist is that Landlady is dating a Doctor in one hospital across her shop and tenant is always her alibi. How Landlady doesn’t cook for her husband and the man drives out to buy ‘’ewa agoyin’’ .

The couple have kids but they are in boarding schools. The woman collects double the school fees and pockets the rest . Tenant told someone she will cross over and takeover the Landlady’s place because the man is rich but ‘’slow’’. The details were damaging.

Oga drove in heard some of the gist and just walked away. Ha!

Did I mention that tenant said Landlady owns a big calabash?

Tenant moved out 2 weeks later’

Ewoooooo see gist!......... So the Landlady's hubby is under a spell or what? The tenant did not do well at all.... Was she still paying rent while doing bestie with Landlady?

PINKYS CORNER

Make Una Judge This Matter For Me ooo

There is this guy(Dare) who met a man that needs a vehicle to transport somethings to Ondo state, Dare tried looking for a vehicle for him all through which took him 4days but all effort proved abortive. The 5th day, he remembered that he had a man who stays around his community and has a 2002 Sienna.

Dare approached the owner of the car, let's call him Daddy Diekola. Dare told him about the business and how much the man is willing to pay and he accepted the offer. The said date came and Daddy Diekola was asked to go to Ayobo to pick up those loads and take them to Ondo state as discussed. Daady Diekola told Dare to help him drive down the vehicle to pick the load and not only that, he should drive down to Ondo state since he has a driver's license but Dare replied him saying " Let's go together then since you don't want to drive" then he replied saying "I have a function to attend".

Dare agreed and he left for the job. #50k was transferred to daddy Diekola's account as an advance payment out of #110k and #30k was given to Dare for fueling and other things. All these happened during the fuel scarcity issue when a litre is been sold for #500 - #600 by those touts because buying or been able to get fuel at the filling station takes longer and not only that,he might spend a day or two on queue.

He had no option, he bought fuel worth of #20k to fill up the tank instead of #9500 to fill up, then he left for the journey. He spent 3days because of fuel scarcity. All the fuel he used for the journey cost him 40k. (Don't forget, #50k has been sent to Daddy Diekola and #40k has been used for fueling).

Dare was on his way back from Ondo state( akoko, after Akungba to be precise). On getting to Onigari( that's where they sell garri, yam and palm oil along Lagos Ibadan express way which is just 10km to Berger) then the Sienna switched off itself while on speed, he pulled over to check what was happening but he couldn't get it, so he called the owner of the vehicle and told him what happened, they agreed on towing that vehicle to a safer place which is the filling station before berger(Matrix).

The towing vehicle collected #30k because it was 9pm already(note: daddy Diekola only sent Dare #10k, it was Dare who balanced it up with 20k). The next day the both went with a mechanic and the mechanic checked the engine and said, the cylinder is faulty which means he has to replace the block engine which will cost Daddy Diekola #300k. After said and done, the sienna was towed again to his house(daddy Diekola's house).

Now, he is disturbing Dare and threatening him to give him #100k,so he can add money to repair his car. My question is, Is Dare at fault? Was Dare the one who spoilt the car? because he said he is planning to arrest Dare as soon as possible.

Lawyers in the house, please put mouth for this matter.

What did Dare do with the car for the three days it was with him? The car broke down in his care so he has some amount of responsibility to fix it or add to it...
Maybe he used it to work those three days and stressed out the car, he wont admit it but its prolly what he did.

I am not a Lawyer per se but he has to prove that the problem existed before he was handed the car or for peace to reign , just give something to the man to fix his car....

TEEJAYS CORNER

Some time early this month on my way to pick up some stuffs at the mall, I saw people gathered round a young lady holding a man's shirt, and crying that he was owing her some money over two years now and has refused to pay. "How much is the money?" Someone asked. The young lady responded that she gave him 12,500 when he ran to her for help.

When the man was asked why he has refused to pay back, he responded that things haven't been easy for some time now in his business. Before he could say other words, the young lady cut in, "How e go easy for you when you want chop my money? E no go ever better for you in any thing you put your hands on unless you give me my money."

I felt bad when she made that statement from her and an older woman who was there trying to settle them shouted at her to close her mouth. Everyone there felt bad with the curses even though the man was blamed for not paying up.

The old woman whom we later found out is a landlady in the next building, said she would pay the debt but demanded that the lady renounces the curse she placed on the man.

The Lady renounced the curse on the man and the Landlady returned the money she borrowed the man.

Do we pray to God to touch the heart of our debtors in order for them to show up and pay their debts or we place a curse on them to die or to live miserably? If the curse becomes effective, will there still be hope of getting back our money?

Have you ever out of provocation say words just like that young lady above over a debt being owed or to someone who hurt you terribly?

It's time to release them from that spell of your utterances. In your closet, forgive and renounce the curses because the the world itself is hard already. Let God and their conscience be the judge. I know it's difficult but please pray for them.

Na wah!....... Circumstances sometimes male people act out of order but placing a curse on someone because of money is very dangerous.....Sometimes the curse does not cancel even after it is renounced....

FROM TUESDAY SPONTANEOUS POST

''Goodmorning all, let me go anon, I run an NGO and it’s for children and women, for children’s day, we wanted to gift the school children in Makoko slum(waterside) school books, writing aides and school shoes for school, we booked the day with a school there and we had an agreement to come there and celebrate their children on the 27th but the problem now is I was contacted yesterday that the school is having accommodation issues so the landlord of the place have asked them to leave so they have to cancel every appointment with all NGOs.

Right now I’m just tired of everything, I want to leave the whole Makoko arrangement and get a school in a very poor area that their children need this help.

Note: I’m in Lagos and all materials have bin bought for this outreach. Anyone who has ideas on extremely poor areas in Lagos we can visit to help these kids. please share location so we can pay a visit and check them out before Friday.

Well done

  24. TJ, e get the kind way person go take owe you, you will swear for them and forget the money.

There was a day that one guy that was doing church church came to my shop to buy something. He paid some cash and tried to do transfer for the balance but it wasn't going because of network issue.
He needed the stuff for church the next day. It was late and I don't know him before.
I collected his number and gave him my acc detail to do the transfer when he got home.
This debt turned to 2 weeks. Sometimes I will call, he will ask me who is on the line, I will introduce myself , he will tell me to send my acc number again. I will send and he won't credit me.
After a month, I sent him text message that I won't ask him of the money again but that doesn't mean I have left the money for him. That as long as he owe me the money that God, the ground he walks on and everything good will work against him.
After like a week or 2, this guy walked into my shop , knelt down and was begging me to reverse the curse and was giving me the money with interest.
At 1st I did not recognise him again. He introduced himself and I remembered who he was.
I collected the exact amount he was owing me , gave him back the interest and reversed the curse.

But the truth of the matter is that I don't know if the curse works or not , but I have used that method a lot to recover my money. Lol

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Truth is that those curses work most times. I remember once when a guy was owing me money and was patronizing another seller. I wanted to curse him but he quickly held my mouth and begged that he will pay but I should give him small time.

One thing he said that touched my heart was that, things are very difficult for him and I still want to add to it. That I should pity him. He said it so emotionally and I felt for him.

He said he was afraid coming to my shop to patronize me cos he felt I will seize the money cos of the debt he's owing me.

    2. Aww that's so emotional πŸ˜₯. Hope he later paid?

  26. This is to amebo, not all amebo you hear is true.
Some people are good at lying
Someone has told someone that I begged her for laptop whereas I have never dialled her number.
She does the calling which I don't pick if it's her number,so she will use a Nigerian number to call me and I always respond cold and brief.
last two years she wanted to send my kidss money for the first time, which I did not give her account details because my spirit was just battling with it until I heard how she has been lying at my back.
When I was About getting married, people said it happened so fast cos I was from Italy and my hubby wanted to use me to travel.
I had never been to an airport,my hubby was the first person to take me to the Airport years after marriage, guy man goes not send abroad life.
I can go on and on,there are people who love to tarnish people's image.
So not All gossips are true through.

They don't blink an eye while passing your shop. Some will even have the audacity to.come again to ask for credit sell. E no easy to sell market.

The BV willing to give out things to poor students. God bless you. You will never be stranded in life. Non of your generations will be associated with poverty and reproach. Sickness and disease is far from you. Amen.
Please since your mind has asked you to give that particular school the gifts. Why don't you arrange with the school headmaster or principall and ask that the students or pupils meet in an open garden or place arranged by you. They should come on their school uniform and you will share them the gifts. The school will surely get another accomodations. Saying this just for those students whom God has touched you to help
