DeleteHonestly. Parenting is soo hard. There is no manual to it. People end up modelling their experiences and weaknesses.( both positive and negative) and its even more skewed in single parent households which is on the rise now.Even the kids you are training right, the societal influence is hugely negative.. hence its parents against the world.I pray that God compliments our efforts cos e no easy..

How do u know they'll turn out bad, at that stage? If ppl close their legs, in the first place, who'd be talking about abortion?

As we grow up we become mature,and understand life. We tend to train our children well but sometimes they still go astray.
ReplyDeleteReason, we gave birth to our children with our blood that flow through them, they imitate our character traits in our genes not actually what we are trying to portray.
Solution, if as a parent, you were very loose, steal ,gossip, and trouble making specialist, be honest to your children when portraying good example as an adult, how you did those things and found out it does more harm than good and wouldn't want such for him/her. Stop acting holy, they learn better when you are honest with your own story to them, hardly will they be influenced.
So says someone that claimed she was born in a Christian home with a pastor father and went to bbn and started showing a holier than thou kind of character but all of a sudden the real her showed up and she was having sex on a national television. Has she forgotten that she is also the kind of kids she's talking about?

ReplyDeletereading through comments and it is just obvious some p[people just like to rant and make noise....she is obviously addressing the issue of people who do not or will not invest time to train their kids. We all know some parents do not give their kids any proper training so why are some of you pocking holes in the comment like she said all badly behaved kids have bad parents?. Did she tell you people she does not know some kids are just bad or influenced by peer pressure no matter the home training? stop reading meanings beside what they say and focus on topic...
