Foreigner coming for investments listen to their embassies not a fool like Liar Mohammed. Nigeria is where you go waste your money. A friend bought an apartment in the island in 2019 for N50m (that was $143k with naira at N350/$). They still have a few bigger units left for N60m ($92k today with naira at N620/$). So if my friend had waited and put away that $143k in 2019, this year he can buy the bigger apartment and still have $51k(N31million ) change left. So much for investing in Nigeria. Nonsense!
