Wordless Post...

  1. My dad (God rest his soul) and I argued about this issue many years ago. I couldn't comprehend why you would choose to reproduce in an IDP camp knowing how uncertain your situation is. My dad said whenever nature calls, people must answer but I feel they should be more responsible about it. Honestly this 80 babies in 7 months is child's play compared to what was going on then. In a week there could be almost 50 babies and I just didn't understand why people would want to do that. Before I go on condemning them, I don't know if there's adequate contraception being provided for them. I think they should answer nature's call all they want but in a responsible and sustainable manner.

  2. That is where birth control comes in. Let them know that children are not adequately cared for are a ticking time bomb to the society. Teach them the importance of birth control. In fact, once one becomes an adolescent, they should be thought birth control and how to go about it. Their should be a trustworthy person who they can easily talk to when they have any sex related issues.
Whether we like it or not, those kids who leave in those camps must be mischievous. It can be controlled but to an extent cos human minds differs. God help us.
