We 'women' should pay attention to our bodies and know when to give up on having more kids. You are 40, you have 3 children already, both sexes, what else? Child bearing takes its toll on our bodies and that is the truth.
This is the time to seek proper treatment so that you can be alive to take care of the ones yoy have. May the Lord heal you completely, amen.
