  6. With the secret tariff increase all these networks have done FG wants to add another 5% as excise duty, inudong vat that we have been paying. Is this not multiple taxation? All these monies they are bent on making, what is it use for? Build refinery in Niger, build railway to Niger, buy vehicles for Niger.... Buhari, it is only God almighty that will judge you and your cronies for thw hardship you have inflicted upon Nigerians.
