      No cap. These are people who have always hated the way nigerians dominate and pull massive weights in every thing.
      Because unless all the other African countries eligible to vote gang up and vote against the Nigerians that would be onset, i see no way one of either Efe, Miracle, Laycon, WM won’t win.
