    1. Call me whatever name but I still stand by my point that Nigeria is not ready for Democracy. We need an iron clad military person to get rid of all these crazy corrupt politicians that have personal interest with no interest of the country in their heart just as Jerry Rawlings did in Ghana many years ago. Look at Ghana that his citizens ran to Nigeria to survive today? It is the Lion of Africa that is running to them today
What a shameful disgrace to our leaders #smh

    2. Anonymous 13: 58 Inasmuch as I don't agree with going back to dictatorship...I will recommend blended kind of democracy for Nigeria

    3. 13:58 please which iron-clad military? Your iron-clad military has ruled the country for 26 years and as 'Agada-clad military politicians' for 16 years. That makes a total of 42 years of military rulership in 62 years of Independence! WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU with the current state of the country - infrastructure, economy and security?

Know your history so you can make informed decisions about your rights and for your future generations.
Unfortunately, at some point the educational curriculum deliberately excludes the country's history from schools at early learning stages.
I read about some of these things and was old enough to witness some. I have been asking questions and I asked my uncle why Buhari disrupted the country's young democracy? Compare the rate of corruption, economic state , insecurity and infrastructural decay of then and over the years.

Is Buhari from Dunlop-clad military? Was he not the military dictator that overthrew the democratically elected government of Shehu Shagari and Alex Ekwueme in 1983? Next IBB's coup overthrew the Buhari-led military dictatorship then, Abacha repeated the cycle so, it has been a 'party of iron-clad military dictatorships'. Don't forget the military transition regime of Abdulsalam Abubakar.

Nigeria's fledgling democracy was cut-short by Buhari and his military junta barely 20 odd years after the Independence from the Colonialists.

What followed next was a recycling of these 'iron-clad military' now 'Agbada-clad military-politicians' from OBJ back to PMB.
These iron-clad military could not even provide steady power-supply in 42 years of ruling the country. Pipe-borne water by Government Water-Boards sounds "stranger than fiction" to those born in the '90s

How old was the Federal Republic from Independence in when 'the íron-clad military' first struck? These same people you want to take over have maintained an 'IRON-CLAD FIST' on the country's 'RULERSHIP' (not leadership) for 42 years and the citizens are worse off for it.

      Deep thoughts.

    5. Anon 20.39 Are you one of the people that benefit from the corrupt politicians? No one is perfect but the extent these bunch of corrupt idiots draining the country is beyond comprehension and they all need to be wiped out from the face of the planet. Too many people are vying for positions from Chairman of local government to highest level intentions is to become rich and not to improve the state of the country. The military might not be the best but they are less of the Evil in this situation and they are more in control than these bunch of illiterate rogues that we have now.

    6. 22:56 if your first thought after reading my comment is to assume that I benefit from corrupt politicians then you need to re-evaluate your level of comprehension and critical thinking/analysis.

Does your country have a system that penalizes both the corrupt 'iron-clad military', 'Agbada-clad military' and civilian political leaders?

I won't waste my time explaining further. My comment is for deep thinkers.
