    1. Honestly, we don't know what to say about this PR team and message.... Where is the SINCERE humanity ? YES, we all get it that she has loved one but what about your sincere reference to her "children".... the most vulnerable right now and forever... Their future has changed because she is a fan like we all are, and we went to your show..............What do you mean by "I have spoken to them and will continue to do so " ''still waiting for full brief"...plus If you have any information......blablablu reach out to metro police.........You spoke to the family already. Why can't you SETUP a fund for her children asap ???????? A mother to an autistic child.. Were your team not briefed about that ? Whether autistic or not... SETUP A FUND and rally all of us to donate to her children while this subject is still heavy..............This statement is laced with deflection, deflection, deflection, waiting, waiting, waiting, excuse, excuse, excuse..... Please show us that you have a heart of gold....It is undeniable what Davido would do in this situation. You will feels his pain for this family....He consistently shows his humanity no matter what his team thinks... Mr ASAKE, we kindly ask you to disregard your teams opinion. Your team is probably counting your pocket but this is not the time and place.. This is tragic news.. GOD blessed you with this talent to bring JOY and HAPPINESS... Unfortunately, the DEVIL is probably at work because you have a bright future but WE need to shame the devil.. You need to show the devil that you don't worship MONEY, and he can't steal our joy forever.....The lady is gone and nothing can bring her back.. We must ensure that we secure AND support her children future...YOU OWE HER THAT......WE OWE HER THAT TOO.......when the police are done with investigation, whoever is liable will contribute to her children's/family ......... RIP black queen..

    2. 12:37 there was nothing wrong with write up. You are fault finding. The star involved usually doesn’t set up go fund. They only publicize and donate if the family sets it up
Also children are rarely spoken of abroad the way you’re saying he should. People would say he’s trying to seek sympathy by saying he spoke to them
      He’s not a criminal
Leave him alone and let the police work

  2. I don't understand, of all the ways to rush your life, you choose an asake concert? There are people who find his music appealing? Enough to risk life for it? That is being at the wrong place at the wrong time.

    1. I’m sure they didn’t know they didn’t know they’d be risking their lives

    2. I don’t think she was expecting her life to be at risk when she turned up for the concert. I had a conflicting appointment otherwise I would have been there. I just never expected this level of shambles. What an absolute mess! Has put me off attending any event at the Brixton Academy.

    3. It was just a harmless concert unkulu,,, nobody has control of all these things please!...rest in peace fine woman

    4. Naija music doesn't really move me too but in all fairness, it could have happened to anyone at any big event. My grandma, a devout christian died in her early 50s in a stampede during a crusade. May Tosin's soul rest in perfect peace. My condolences to her loved ones.

    5. Of all places you want to attend an event its Brixton?

      The oshodi/okokomaiko of London.
May her soul rest in perfect peace and God comfort her children .

    6. I thought oshodi of london was peckahm. Anyway like 70% of london na slum and struggle life. The rest na overpriced mediocrity

  3. This could have been avoided, reason I dread concerts or over crowded places.

    Rest in peace Tosin
I pray God console your babies and loved ones.

    3. Thats blackistan behaviour right there. They brought their Nigerianness to the UK. See video of people behaving like animals. Very embarrassing. One woman even got pushed down by a white police man and the wig came off. Imagine if it was an oyinbo woman he had done that to, the level of law suits
But because they know Nigerians don't know their rights or treat one another with respect they feel free to do anyhow. That's why I do my best to avoid most blackistan events abroad or places saturated with too many Nigerians, indians because they tend to misbehave and spoil it for everyone.. something that was supposed to be a fun night, people lost lives.

  7. This woman was a mother to two children and one of which has autism. She is a very advocate for the cause and popular on Tiktok helping people with tips on how to handle autistic kids. It's so so sad. Very sad. Two children left without a mother. Everybody who entered that concert without a ticket has blood on their hands!

    1. Same way people do die weddings they were not invited. Mogbo mo ya.
Same way people attend job interviews without confirmation text or invite. Mo go mo ya.
Same place people will see, chicks dedication, launch, birthday, of absolute strangers and bounce in with absolute stinking confidence
I've always said it is the dirty, primitive, lawless, gutter behaviour of Nigerians will be their undoing, nothing else.

    2. Anon 18:59 gbam. I be saying It. Avoiding or reducing my presence in overly saturated Nigerian settings and events abroad will always be considered a form of self care for me. Theres just something about our people. I don't know what it is. Of course no man is an island and a sense of community is great because you need to get your hair done and find african food stores. But that's literally all I need to get and get the fuxk away from them.. our people are best loved from afar or taken In doses . Part of the beauty behind japa that most nigerians are too afraid to state is that you get a break from silly Nigerian mindsets and people when you want. Everyone minds their business abroad and noone can show up in your personal space uninvited. And when they start putting visa bans now, you will start smelling bad odours from stinking mouths citing racism. Everything is not racism and you can't keep pulling the race card as a way to force people to let you have your eay. You expect people to watch as you turn their country into the shithole you came from.? If they do that then will you want to come to their country?

  13. This is most likely not a similar situation. Back in August/September, a few naija organizers brought AY to Toronto, ON. They over sold the vip tables & tickets. My team and I bought a vip table and we had other people with vip tickets trying to join our full table (they were also pissed). AY came up and started apologizing about the disorganized arrangements.
I hope they get to the bottom of the Asake concert palaver.
Rest well to the deceased lady.

    1. Nigerianness is to blame for the womans death. And for your bad experience. No more no less.a country that doesn't value human life much Less life of women. No dignity as a human being. If not they would not be endangering lives, squeezing each other like sardines n beingpushed around like cows by british police. I bet men 5 times her weight trampled on her and didnt even help her up when they saw she was down. I'm almost sure

  17. May God have mercy on her children and send them a helper that will love them in Jesus name. Those judging her should realize that autistic kids require a very intense and specialized level of care. On my job, I have had to give special Mother’s Day gifts to patients who have such kids, I call them the real super moms. That may have been her only evening off in a long time as the extended family network of helpers is limited in the west, with two kids one of who was autistic. The musician isn’t someone I would go watch as I prefer musicians with a bit of a clean appearance (just my own preference) but he is a talented musician with fans, whose promoters may have engaged in something sinister if it is true that they sold fake tickets off the radar (could it be to avoid the high taxes?).

I do not believe the musician will be held responsible and his show of support is impressive. The show promoters who sold tickets, booked venues are responsible because they under resourced his show. He was not on ground. This was very sad. It can happen in any country, caused by greed, lack of organization or both. Davido, Kizz Daniel came to the city near my suburb this year (June and July ) but I noticed the venue they rented for them sat less than 5000 for Davido and ~2000 for Kizz. I thought it will be crowded so my family didn’t attend but it was ok as they apparently had fans scattered over the 50 US states, not too many in the city near me. My family enjoys live shows like Trevor’s comedy shows, concerts like Hamilton etc but I decided not to get the tickets after checking the venue booked for both of them. I know even wedding halls can cost up to $5-10k here with less than 500/1000 guests so it’s not unrelated to trying to save money by the promoters.

Nigerian promoters need to learn from this. This musician needed a bigger venue than they got. The victims had no fault if someone sold duplicate or fake tickets.

The idiots with no tickets or promoters that oversold caused this

  20. Back then in 2015 or 2016 can't remember the exact year, I went to the experience at TBS and as we were about climbing the stairs to go in, I can't really say what happened but it was as if a military personnel was sending us back and people were running back with fear without looking as it was somehow dark.
I was pushed but I pushed back and tried to leave the arena, a young girl was already down shouting "please o,don't step on me o". Just imagine if she was stepped on that night by the massive crowd, it would have been a different story. Since then I have phobia for crowded places.

    1. People really underestimate how dangerous large crowds can be when a venue gets over packed. Crowd of people acts like a fluid and people get pulled under like sinking sand.not to mention the constriction of breath
Omo I experienced the rush and being packed like sardine in that their london tube and it's not something I ever want to experience again. I literally couldn't even lift my chest to breathe. I think london has a population control crisis on their hand and they keep on dashing visas out like water. What's their plan exactly?
