The power and effect of talking with God through prayer can never be over emphasized.
Whenever I feel overwhelmed with challenges and negative happenings around me, and I go on my knees. When I get up, I always feel different. Not like the problems would fizzle out immediately but that heaviness would disappear and I’d feel better and carry on my day with the knowledge that God is in control.
Please endeavor to commit yourself, your wins and your trouble to God and be hopeful that God won’t leave you.

I eventually picked my pieces and moved on and later realised how much I've let myself down in the past. My self confidence gradually started growing and I looked for better ways to develop myself.
I used to be that person that would take shit from people all in the name of remaining friends but recently, I intentionally cut people off especially when I see no value in the relationship. My exfriend who cut me off is now coming back when she saw that I've moved and didn't come crawling as usual. But I've moved and the past must remain where it belongs cos this my new self is allergic to nonsense.
