DeleteFabulous mum, he is in no way disputing what you said, they asked men a question and TJ simply stated his preference, his CHOICE, respect that. The question didn’t include business or remote work, it was plain and straight forward, learn to accommodate other people’s choice even if it doesn’t sit well with you. I come in peace.
DeleteA woman whose full time career is taking care of the children and the home is idle? Dey play. Just dey play.
DeleteSo, she is idle, is she is a stay at home mum? Just wow!!!. Awon 50/50. Women, please learn to share house chores if you're working. Don't do it alone
DeleteHe only stated his own preference
DeleteMy wife will legit resign from any form of work the day she hears or notices that I have 1 million pounds to my name.
DeleteShe can work from home but once I blow, she becomes "a lady that lunch"
Women should have something going for them. Kenya has now passed a law that each partner will only take what they brought into the marriage if they divorce. That means that any woman/man that opts to take care of the kids while the other partner keeps growing their finances will be in soup should they divorce. They used to do 50/50 split but this new law has upturned everything.
DeleteThank you @ anon 18:40
DeleteOya o
ReplyDeleteNobody should stress me because I got married.
ReplyDeleteWhether 9 to 5 or stay at home, if a woman's character is not good, neither works!
ReplyDeletePersonally, I think it should be customized to the prevailing circumstance. When the children are small, stay at home is better. As they grow, it is also good for the children to see a role model of a mum who is productive, so find something to do - whether it is 9 to 5 or business, or YouTube things (the additional household income also helps). But I don't think it is great for kids to only know their mum as the person who only waits for daddy to bring money. Also, it doesn't help the woman's self-esteem.
👌
