    2. Literate people, yes.

      Educated people, no.

Except we limit education to attendance at a formal school.

See that trader who underwent 3-5 years apprenticeship in trading or selling? He knows more than the OND or HND holder in Salesmanship.

  5. Yes. But then, education is vast. Before schools were established in Nigeria, how did the successful ones make it? They knew something others didn't. They had knowledge (education) on how to achieve success in a particular endeavour, applied their knowledge and it worked for them.

  6. There's no one key to success. Many things have to be applied for one to be successful. Education plays a major role in the attainment of success.

  7. Well, there are many different types of education. I do not believe an academic centered education is the only way to success. The skilled trades also provide an opportunity to earn a very good income. Vocational training like being a professional chef pays well too. Having no formal training but opening a business can end up being a success. There are many avenues that can be taken to success. Even some of these YouTube and Tik Tok ppl are rolling in the dough.

What you need to be successful is a good vision, great forecasting ability, and also being fearless. Good discipline with a measure of perseverance. Too many give up too quickly.

  8. Success is a VERY RELATIVE AND SUBJECTIVE term. Your success certainly isn't someone else definition of success. Education is one of many tools available to be deployed in the pursuance of success. Personality, temperance, grit, determination are in my opinion far more important than education.
Education is a key. It certainly isn't the only key.
