    'Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly.' Colossians 3:16 NKJV


    Meditating on Scripture is one of the great keys to spiritual growth. In Psalm 1, David writes, 'In his law he meditates day and night' (Psalm 1:2 NKJV). But the word 'meditation' is not one that a text-and-Twitter generation relates to very well. We may imagine sober-faced monks chanting on bended knees as the sun comes up every morning. As a result, we want to run in the opposite direction. We admire such people, think God has to call us to such a thing, and conclude that he certainly hasn't called us to do it. Or we think meditation is a discipline that requires hours of uninterrupted time, and time is the one thing we don't have any more of. And the result? We live busy but spiritually barren lives. Some of us actually think meditation is a fine thing, but we believe that there are too many other areas of spiritual growth and character development we need to work on first.

    What's the problem? We don't understand what it means to meditate, or the rich benefits it will give us. A spoon of instant coffee is okay if you just want the basic taste of coffee. But if you want more - if you want to enjoy the flavours of the coffee in all their richness - you have to let it percolate.

    So, we could paraphrase the Scripture this way: 'In his law he percolates day and night.' That is what Paul meant here: 'Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom' (Colossians 3:16 NKJV). Today, enjoy the aroma, taste the flavour and experience the strength.

    Please house do you people also experience what I experienced with ally jeans trousers. I have buy grade 1 jeans plus original jeans.

    My jean trousers do not wash but they won out from my thighs, small time the jeans will tear from the under and boom the trouser is gone. I don't know what else to do or the type of jeans trouser to buy again cos I am fed up already.

    I am a female oh and my work requires jeans than plain materials.

      The material for those jeans have either expired before you bought,or expired after you bought..change dealers from another location cos your location are probably getting from same source hence same result you keep getting..

      Also if it's physical before buying,hold the two edge of the waist line and cross between your neck;if your two thumbs meet with enough space,then it's your size..

      Don't buy under size so no matter what there would be allowance between your laps..

      There are elastic jeans for grade A and New as well,much better..

      Hope this helps..

      Google exercises that reduce thigh fat. Reduce your thighs, your jeans will start lasting longer . Your thighs rub against each other seriously, that is what affects the jeans or maybe you have k-leg.
