DeleteEat lots of fruits. When I said fruits I don't mean apple and watermelon o(you can eat them but not too much) eat avocado like your life depends on it. Eat cucumber, pineapple ( pineapple must be after eating food since you mentioned ulcer) munch on carrots, chew raw cabbage like it's going out of this world. Then vegetables; eat all... But make sure you eat lots of spinach and curry flower and that other one that looks like locust bean ( have forgotten the name) eat lots of the vegetable that they use to put in salad.
But try and see a doctor ( that's if you have money o) the economy is not smiling on anyone now.
May the good Lord come through for you. Amen.

Anyone 80k below for brand new has very low specs,so if your budget is that;you either save up or go for a direct foreign used Grade A+..

He will be at home and the wife will be dragging it with NEPA and he won't come out. They call him honorable, politician is another name for jobless men ,he's always following the real politicians,no ambition nothing. She said he use fine ,clean man and suya dupe her🤣🤣.
She had a guy she was dating,who is always busy ,but loves her, but the boyfriend doesn't know how to catch fun,so she met uncle who carried her away with evening suya, and barbecue every night. Always cruising her with his rich politician friends, uncle has never spent a dime in all of the outing, its always the friend spending,but her small brain no pick danger sign, she's chopping life . atimes uncle will call one of his friend to corner to task so as to give her money anytime she requested. He's always living off friends, but the trip he's giving her has blocked her sense.Always picking her with friends car etc. She said there was a time they traveled to another state with one of uncles friend ,they stay at government house as uncle's friend is close to the governor's brother, she see life and think it will continue like that, in all this ,the mumu uncle too doesn't think or plan towards his future, he's all about chopping life instead of using opportunity to look for contract,he always have big dream and pipeline project that has never seen broad day light.
Anyway she got pregnant, uncle did small thing on her head,reality set in,its easy for the friend's to buy suya and barbecue,but pampers and food money is not part of chop life gang,as uncle don dey lean too much on the friends, you know they say ,lean on me no mean say make you press me die,the friends started giving him space, uncle was left with his "eleda". Wife eye clear,but wetin she go do? The ex boyfriend of that year that doesn't know how to chop life is doing very well now and sometimes send her something. Now with 3 kids, and uncle has never paid school fees or even house rent. But the good thing is,he still brings suya once in a while,but madam is too bitter to eat it. She's one of the most hardworking woman I know, though she's a government worker,but she sells everything sellable to make ends meet. The man go even open mouth call her names,that she's dating any mam he sees with her ,whereas,as poor as uncle is,all the small girls in the area are on first name with him cos he has dragged himself on the floor with floor.
Don't mind my epistles these days, tailors dey dry season after we don do wet December🤣,so I keep myself busy with aproko,make person no enter depre.
