
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission arraigned the 31-year-old thespian in court on Monday, February 13. (EFCC).
According to Channel Television, the sitting court, Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke, granted the actress bail in the sum of N5 million with one surety in the same quantity, On Wednesday, February 16.
The court further ordered that the Certified True Copy (CTC) of the original statutory certificate of occupancy of the landed property be submitted with the Registrar of the court, as well as an official letter from the surety’s head of department detailing the surety’s rank and income level.
The guarantor must also provide the court with two copies of most current passport photos and proof of tax payment.
The court further ordered that the actress be held in the Kirikiri jail facility for the completion of the bail terms before adjourning the case until April 3, 2023 for trial.
