My late dad was number 3 (he wasn't so rich but had about 5 tenants living in our compound). It's remaining for this man to cook food and share for these people. He doesn't ask for rent, always fixing things even the one that spoilt inside the tenants flat. He'll play ball with them. Everybody liked him. Even now 2yrs after his death, we've added more flats in the compound but people still come to rent because of my dad's name.

My landlord is number 3. Not very rich but comfortable and very nice. Na him wife be the problem. I avoid that woman ehn. I no get strength for wahala. When we came newly, she was trying to flex wings for us. We ignored her so much I started pitying her sef. She don mellow now, but she still dey flex wings for some other people sha.
