ReplyDeleteSo congratulations are in order.
Our advice is make you sufery sufery dey born cos we know how fertile you're and we also know that you'll leave this one again for a 101th wife. This advice is so she won't be overburdened with taking care of the children alone.

ReplyDeleteWhen I said it here that the best thing to happen to this guy was Funke, “Nigerian boys” gathered here to lecture me on this papa’s past glory.
ReplyDeleteYou know absolutely nothing about JJC. If you did, you wouldn’t post this ignorance you call comment. If not for JJC, Funke’s SceneOne and Jenifa’s Diary productions abroad would have gone nowhere. Only 18 years old babies would post what you posted about JJC. If not, JJC and 419 Squad were a thing loooong before Funke became Funke. Ask Don Jazzy and DBanj who mentored them back in the UK. Small pikin. Go drink akamu first.
DeleteAnon 16:23ππΎ Many of the younger generation bask in ignorance and are so opinionated. JJCskillz was a £ millionaire before Funke saw £5k in life. He was an early achiever in the UK. It’s very sad when I read the belittling comments by young folks calling him gigolo. He helped Funke. He just wasn’t Nigerian street smart! If he was he would have had houses in the same estate in his name, they worked together for years! They don’t teach history and younger folks don’t bother educating themselves on topics we were curious about when we were younger.
DeleteA million pounds from" we are Africa" that he sang with like three other people over a decade ago? So Tony Tetuila's "you don hit my car" is what is still feeding him till now?
DeleteImagine splitting a million which he never had between 8 kids, having serious running costs and living the high life without being able to invest long term because you know, 8 kids! Baba day manage and needs help.
He did more than “we are Africa” ..,,Netflix had a documentary where he was interviewed. He was actually a big name in the UK back then. The lifestyle of baby mamas is what wrecks a lot of folks in entertainment. Sunny Ade had a rolls Royce in England as far back as 1994…he still performs, thank God for his good health, partly because too many women drained his money. Educate yourself on the jjcskillz guy. Funke was known in Nigeria but jjcskillz was known by the likes of Dbanj, Don Jazzy etc. he blew before them in England. Many GenZs don’t know England was visa free until the early/mid 80s just like they think spare parts markets built Lagos when there were NO used cars in Nigeria until around that time hence the “Tokunbo” nickname. Up until 1983, a teacher could buy a Peugeot 504/505 BRAND NEW at N15k! I know first hand. Nobody bought used cars until that time and UK was visa free so a lot of people went and came back as they liked. Every university student got money called “Bursary” that was enough to go to England. I’m just astounded at the ignorance of the younger folks about recent history.
