  1. Nope! Returning it in the first place means I am not entitled to it whatsoever

The thank you is enough appreciation.

  3. It depends. If it was for a struggling hustler, the gratitude is enough for me. If it's for Ndi Elumelu na Cubana, I will go home and cry.

  5. No,I won't feel bad because if I don't return the money my conscience won't rest and we leave in a spiritual world,if anything evil happens,I will always feel it's because I didn't return it.

  7. Someone paid #120,000 instead of #12,000 into my account for a job i did for him. When i got the alert, i was surprised, and i notified him.

A few minutes later, he sent his account details and asked me to return the balance.

"NOT EVEN A THANK YOU "

  10. That's if you see me to say the thank you.

May be the reason I haven't seen such is because I'm never returning it...pheeew...

Anyways, I remember when I got double for a particular payment. I didn't notice immediately but after a week when I checked my balance and it was more than normal. So, I checked my statement at the end of the month and saw that a particular company paid me twice. A week into the new month, I called them and they sent me their account to send it back, they almost threatened me sef that if I didn't send it that day they'd have me arrested(the money was big sha). I told the person off, I told them that they were careless and incompetent enough to send me money twice and not even notice it till I called their attention to it. They didn't even notice after their monthly audit. I finished the guy that threatened me and told him that I was going to send it at my convenience and if he likes, he should send DSS or EFCC. Na so him body calm down.

No 'thank you' from them though I did the right thing. But for randomly picking a bag of money, na only God fit tell me make I return am.

  12. Huge sum of money??
I would return it and refuse to leave his sitting room until he 'appreciates' my kind heart..
    Let's stop playing please 🙄

If he insists on not showing 'appreciation'.. social media video straight :-
"I just returned the sum of 20 million Naira to Mr so and so,. I know if it's some people they won't return it, but I was brought up differently, I'm a good Christian from a good home, however I he only thanked me,. No no no, I'm not expecting him to give me any part of the money, I'm only making this video to tell people to always do the right thing"..

After the backlash he'll receive from social media people, na him go call me dey beg me to send aza🙄🙄

    Abeg let's be guided pls

  15. Never will I feel bad cos I wasn't expecting anything for returning such money. My believe is that if I do not return that money, someday another will refuse to return mine.

  18. I won’t feel bad, at least I will sleep well at night. A friend told me she was taking her kids to school and she saw a wallet with money in it(it was slightly open) and the woman that was coming behind her picked it and emptied the owner’s money and dropped it on the ground, she tried to stop her and she gave her insults that will last her for a life time.

    1. She could have picked the wallet to see if there is a driver's license with a phone number she can call. The chance of other people leaving the wallet, even if the woman did not take the money is very slim.
