DeleteTwo of the natural remedies I know that are effective are:
Delete1.) The skin of a very ripe plantain: Rub the inside of a ripe plantain skin on the tags. I mean, peel a very ripe plantain, use the inside of the ripe plantain peel to rub all over the places where the tags are, allow to dry for hours before washing it off, you can even leave it overnight. After at least 14 days of doing this, the tags will fall off.
2.) Fresh Scent leaves: Pluck a few Scent leaves, use them to scrub the places where the tags are, scrub until the leaves produce juice, all the juice to stay and dry on the tags. Wash off after at least two hours, you can also leave it overnight. This also works for eczema and ringworm.
Most importantly, change your cream, your skin is reacting to some ingredients in your cream.

A new student in my program is over 60 yrs old, she will be learning alongside 18 yr olds. It takes courage to go back to school, be proud that you desire bette in life. There is no shame in working to better yourself.
DeleteIf you cannot go back to school in a full-time capacity, look for continuing education courses that offers certification, you could even do this at international institutions if money permits; Since many schools now offer online learning and Coned courses do not require you to have any immigration status in the country the institution is located. Please ensure that any school you are going to is fully accredited. Research the industry and see what knowledge and credentials are required to get your foot in the door. Volunteer with charities and other non-profits to build your CV, you could do that while you are still taking classes. Go to industry events to sell yourself, you cannot be shy in that industry. Networking is a must. I used to work in PR from the media house side, it was intense sometimes, and I found most PR ppl from the major agencies to have an ego, so be prepared to swim with sharks and develop thick skin if you don’t already know it.

Please help me out, my excel sheet is so so slow to use on my laptop especially a particular work i use on daily basis. Please what could be the issue? You should work within your budget, just work with the 120k and manage it like that cos 120k is not a big amount with the way food stuff prices are in the market on daily basis.

I do believe you need some certification to list yourself as a translator. If they are willing to bypass that, you most likely will have to take a test to prove that you know what you are claiming.

Yes you can get it. They are even sold on Ali Express. Just get the gel breast form and use it to bring fullness to the breast that needs it. I believe they are also on Amazon. They come in a variety of shades and you can pick the shade that best match your skin tone. I am not in Nigeria so I don’t know who sells them there, but with so many cases of breast cancer worldwide, if nobody is in that business there, it may be something for you to look into, to help bring dignity and confidence back to those women’s lives.

And pages that are free are hard to trust because of all the scams and viruses out there. There are ppl on You Tube who read books for free, the only thing they have to be reading a book you want to listen to. I think Audible has a one month free trial for signing up, but if you can listen to all you want in one month that is an option. If you and a few friends pool your monies you could do one membership and share an account, that way it becomes affordable.

DeleteHair oils and conditioners. Start with mega growth leave in conditioner, in cup or get original miracle oil conditioner for natural hair.
DeleteAlways wash your virgin natural hair with CONDITIONERS. Ditch shampoo totally. Mega Growth Leave-In Conditioner is an excellent product if you can afford it, if not the regular conditioner in the market such as SoFine, Apple, etc will do, but you must wash it off not leave it in your hair. As for oils, coconut oil, olive oil, sheabutter, palm kernel oil, etc will help retain the softness that the conditioner produced on your hair.

Take her to the dentist first. Explain the problem and let them examine the mouth and clean the teeth well. I wouldn’t do any detox on a child that young without seeking medical attention first. Seek referrals to a good dentist or take her to the dental clinic at a major hospital.

If you can get original Avocado oil or use very ripe one, that is mashed into a paste to rub around your eyes and face, until it forms oil, sunburn will be history. You can also incorporate sunscreen into your beauty regimen. Good luck.

Face cream to target the sunburn (use lala face cream, nano white face cream or veet gold in pink pack, it comes with spf18) Any of these will do, use at night
Vitamin C serum (roushun) goes for 1500, use at night
A mild facial scrub helps too
You can use turmeric,milk,lemon,honey and rose water face mask (mix together) 3 times a week
Please the sunscreen is important and always stick to a routine

DeleteHow I make my own pasta with sausages. This is for one spag
1. Boil my spag with water. Add salt and small g/nut oil so it doesn't gum together like rat.
I don't let it get soft, they have to separate one one, you know. So I filter the water out, and allow to cool in one corner.
2. In another pot, I add little g/nut oil. And fry my already diced sausages. I fry for like a minute. I don't like it too dry. And remove
3. In the same hot g/nut oil, I add my onion, many fresh pepper (I like my spag hot especially), 1 or 2 tomatoes (optional for me, I don't like tomatoes like that), then the fried sausages. And my seasonings(I use maggi, thyme, lil tumeric cos I like the color and curry) and salt to taste๐
4. You can add those fried rice vegetables if you want to do serenren๐
5. Pour the sauce to my already cooled spag and stir. On low heat. I cover and leave for a few minutes so it can done well to the inside!
Voila! Fidelia's spaghetti recipe ๐ฃ

1. Get a good toner(I would recommend glycolic acid toner by The ordinary).
2. Go in with Niacinamide serum (Again,The ordinary)
3. Good moisturizer ( CeraVe smoothening cream)
On nights you do not use the glycolic use Retin- A. Start with a lower strength,maybe 0.025%

1The above cleanser will still do
2.Toner without actives( I use Thayers witch hazel with rose petals)
3. Go in with Vitamin C serum.
4. The above moisturizer by CeraVe
5. Sunscreen ( any from spf50)
