  2. It seems like woman have this mindset that men are to suffer for em,like they see men as a ladder to climb to their destinies and dreams like men are meant to suffer for woem for them women to shine.
Men are not meant to suffer too after divorce or go broke after working g hard and girl broke shaming em .it is not fair and nice

    1. But he is t being smart about it. If par adventure his mother remarries, he should kiss his stuffs goodbye because a smart and sly man will manipulate the mother and with a good sly lawyer, he will end up with nothing. So whichever way, chances of loosing is obviously obvious ๐Ÿ˜•

  6. I still remember Emmanuel Ebouรฉ story. As a foreign rich dude/chic, protect yourself else you'd be cleaned out and left with nothing if ya ain't careful. Meanwhile in naija, you won't get anything if your money ain't in it, so it's baseless using Hakimi's story as a pointer.

    2. @14:34, why should the Emmanuel E's story be forgotten? I'm actually very happy and proud of Hakimi and his mama for winning over a wicked bitch hun. If a woman does what the ex wife planned to do to him to any of my brothe as a lady, i wouldn't be happy about it so yeah..... Golddigging biatches deserves to be shown shege with no remorse. Only thing i didn't like about the whole situation was Hakimi cheated on the wicked golddigging agbaya. African athlete for once in their billionaire life time 100, evil golddigging leaches 0. So happy ๐Ÿฅด๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿคฃ

    3. How is she a golddigger when she is richer than him? We should ust wait for facts instead of rumors. Some people demand the money not because they need it but to punish the erring spouse. Some people's minds and eyes only clear when money is involved. Otherwise, they have no problem hurting you.

    4. He paid someone to come to his house for sex and the person reported him for rape. He is being investigated and his wife filed for divorce. The guy is no prize. He will still pay for alimony and child care. It is not based on where his money is. It is based on what he earns and it is removed at source

      Richer than him?
What's wrong with some of you and pushing false narratives sef.. and it's mostly anons..

Unless you're saying she's richer cos he put all his properties with his mom, then yea..

The Gold digger is also a Thief..
See the first thing that came to her mind.. the mom must have seen through her pretence and shown her son the light..

Maybe they saw some comments she dropped on SDK blog supporting Gold digging ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค”

    6. Richer? Why is it reported she wants 50% or more of his estate? Shouldn't she be more focused on provision for any children of the marriage at the standard they are already accustomed to and higher as his income improves? Then she can live on her own income.

Wouldn't that have been more dignifying for her considering the entire circumstances? Instead of the reported story.

Infact, some people are now saying this story may not be all as reported so far.

And the angle of her wanting to punish him for betrayal does not sell. The leaving of a good wife is a man's worse punishment. Men have been known to have just fizzled away after their wives left.

To carry away 50% of a 24 year old footballer estate is like carrying away 50% of 75years man estate.

She can act till her death. But the man may stop playing by an injury during his next match or retire at 34 or earlier.

The whole story leaves a sour taste in the mouth.

Meanwhile, trust some Nigerian men to use their comments on it to gather cheap points in their marriages and female related businesses.

      Let’s wait for the end
She’s not a gold digger for wanting to leave a man who cheated on her and who has a rape case on his neck.

It’s how all of you are celebrating with the Naira in your accounts for me ๐Ÿคฃ
The case is not done, she will still get something, she gave him 5years and 2kids… that’s no joke
She actually does have her own money
He should be more concerned about his rape case cus if he is found guilty that na another gbege

  7. Yesterday, I said it wasn't fair a man willing all his properties and assets to his mother. What if something happens and he left before the wife, how does the wife cope in raising the kids when she's not entitled to anything the husband has.

The mother was once a wife. If she was treated that way, how would she have felt.

In divorce, no one should be at the losing end. It should be a win- win to both parties.

Read he wasn't even a good husband but a chronic cheat.

What Hakim did to me stand condemned. I don't care what anyone thinks about it. A wife eventually be a mother.

They should both find ways of paying for childcare since they are both working. If the husband insists the wife stays at home and take care of the children ,he should pay her salary as if she dey work normally .

  10. Nobody said a woman should suffer after divorce, if I am divorced from my wife i would not wish or want her to suffer. What we are saying peter is if your wife wan divorce you now and claims for half of all you have, how will you feel. It's not a out suffering, it's the betrayal that is painful. A woman that claims to have loved you can't do that to you please. Not as if they were not living well, the only problem here is that Hakimi does not have any money or possession to share simple.

"Cheat"= yea,. Rapist= like you don't know how your gender are always out to hustle rich guys with this false rape ish..

What about the old thief who the first thing she can think of is to file to collect more than half the guy's property, as per what? Na she work for am? She's a gold digger.. what's old corn like her married to that young boy for? She was balling up and down, going on vacation and won't stay in one place.. if she was home, would he have brought another babe home..

I wish he had done pre nuptial agreement tho.. That's why I respect Steve Jackson.. the American basketballer who dump his fiancรฉe on the altar after she refused to sign the pre nupt agreement as agreed.. y'all should read his story..

    2. Why don't you Google her and find out whom she is before concluding that she lived large on his money? Was she a nobody before Hakimi? If he kept his money with his mother how was the wife spending it or isn't she a celebrity in her own right?

      1. I know who she was,. Z list actress. Hustler, like our actresses that claim to have career but are Lok key living off men and looking for one to leech on as marriage.
      2. He kept his properties,. Not money. There would always be cash to play around, if not the gold digger would have known she was wasting her time.. the only thing you can tag him with which I'll agree is that he is a Time Wasters.. He waste Gold Diggers time ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

    4. I can't blame Steve Jackson, why didn't she sign before the wedding. I liked her terms (No cheating, a house in her name and others) .It's so sad it didn't work out. She started crying and was under duress and in that state you can't sign a PRE-NUP.

What is the purpose for her asking for 50% of his Asset?

Haa, I see it as greed biko.
You can demand for upkeep and support for ur kids for sure..

    2. No she didn't want to divorce him. He allegedly raped someone.

But pending the outcome of the rape allegations, how do you explain him bringing someone into his family home!

Why do men take this kinda risks?

      Delete
    3. @16:39
      Rest.

So what does she need the 50% for. She being richer and making such demand, makes her demand appear to be gold digging or very wicked seeking his ruin.

Remember a person like him is the pillar of his family and extended family and even village alร  African style

As a Bv said above, she rightly dislike staying with him for alleged cheating but why not dislike his money even though she had more of her own.

  14. Dante you need some form of mental evaluation. Because as an adult I don’t get why you can’t argue your point without unnecessary insults. Such gutter behavior.

    1. Why are you crying..
      E touch you too??๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜

Yes, she's an old corn compared to the boy's age.. a 21 year old boy with a lady in her 30s is with an old corn, same way we say Regina is with a grand pa..

It's you that needs mental evaluation so you can accept things for what it is instead of living in self denial..

My comment must have hit a nerve cos I don't see how calling someone an old corn is age shaming.. old is old,. Young is young.. deal with it.. everyone would get old some day, unless you don't want to live long.. some people call me old man and I'm in my 30s, i accept it and bless them cos they're younger than me..

But, you can continue crying tho.. I enjoy seeing such response.. if my comments aren't hitting deep, then why am I commenting

I expected you to research on it. Even Google would have helped you.

The same law that allows adult to enter into agreement that binds them, unless illegal contracts which this doesn't fall under..

Please do some research, I can explain more but I don't want to encourage laziness ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿ˜

  17. When you marry, pray for a successful marriage. People marry for various reasons. In a marriage, anything can happen. Know this and know peace. Either partners can betray each other. We have seen this several times. A husband might be cause of a divorce. A wife might also be the cause of a divorce.
Any Igbo man who tries what Hakimi did in this Nigeria will regret it. In Igbo culture and in some cultures, if a wife dies, the husband inherits everything, but when the husband dies, the first son inherits everything. So Igbo guys who want to emulate Hakimi should think twice.
A friend of mine bought an expensive piece of land in Aba, Abis State, some years ago, and gave the documents to his married elder sister to keep for him. He lost his job years later and needed to sell the land to start a business. He went to the elder sister to get the documents but story entered it. The elder sister's husband few years back was able to convince his wife to release the document to him so he could sell, travel abroad and come back for her and their kids later. The husband sold the land, collected the money and ended up being duped. The husband is still stranded in Cote d'ivore till date.
I will never give anyone any document or money to keep for me, not even my wife, parents or siblings. My properties are in the name of my kids.

    1. Reminds me of our townsman who pushed drugs abroad and kept sending money to his married sister to keep for him, then later asked them to build him a house, nothing less than 50m.

He was arrested, served his time and returned to no money, no house, no nothing. He almost killed someone that day. At the end, people left and right will remind you ’they are your family, will you kill them?’ But that betrayal cuts deep. Some families, beware.

But for this lady, married for 3 years, relationship for 5, as far as I am concerned, nothing she has done merits such a huge divorce payout. She won’t leave empty handed, but may she not get anything close to what she dreamt of. Those gold diggers are part of the reasons marriage rate is declining in countries with laws that favour and protect women. They weaponise the system to get a big payday. No man deserves that. And the cheating or rape really has nothing to do with this. Rape - not proven yet. Cheating - he didn’t kill anyone. Half of his properties for that is an overkill.

Money or not, that woman should move on. He was not a good husband to her.

  19. No one remembers that the guy hurt his wife, betrayed their vow, he brought another lady into their matrimonial bed just cos she wasn't around. If the woman was the one who did this same thing I am sure the man wouldn't want to stay with her.

He hurt her badly, is very possible this is not the first time he is abusing their marital vow. The woman would have spoken to him but since he cannot keep his thing on one place she want out. To her the only way to feel better from the hurt she got from him after giving up her name, body, soul, shape just to be with him is to ask for half of his property. The woman is also comfortable so do not think she cannot survive without his property.

  21. So achraf was 19 when this lady poached him and came up with marriage talks, at 30 years she was way mature than the guy and can't tell me she was in love with him. She came for the money and nothing less. At 19 he was a kid, naive and could barely have made a proper decision about marriage. Let me tell u for a fact that if u are a ma that has money, no matter how young u are only God himself can save u from the women that would desperately want ur wealth. Secondly, the rape is an allegation, he hasn't been found guilty and u quickly want to leave ur husband? No loyalty, no love. At least wait until he is proven guilty, ask the likes of Victoria Beckham and Beyonce. These are established women who chose to keep their homes. thirdly, Achraf is a Muslim and entitled to 4 wives. No one wants the ex-wife to suffer ooo but 50% in 3years that she didn't suffer for is gold-digging. Everyone knows Achraf values and plays for his family cos he would never have become the success he is today without them. If u would wish such a woman on ur son then fine so be it but if not then support the truth and call a spade a spade. I am a woman by the way but I do not support gold-diggers. She will be taken care of for the sake of her kids but not to take the guy to the cleaners. Haba
