DeleteThis days you can just go and register in court for marriage certificate and they will give you a certificate to be singned by your church or who ever is authorised to marry a couple. So you can do your wedding anywhere (including the court).
DeleteIv attended a civil wedding in a Bride's house before sef. They were supposed to have a Big wedding but the Brides brother lost his wife; so dey just the civil ceremony at home and a huge party followed months after.
