'Apart from salt', I think the person meant apart from reducing salt. My recommendation is eat heart healthy foods that are NOT high in cholesterol especially the LDLs, HDLs are better. Reduce oils like palm oil, margarine and fatty meats. Up your vegetables, reduce sugar. Exercise but don't overdo it. Always have your blood pressure checked. Think positive and stop worrying so much and over stressing yourself. Cut down on alcohol too.

ReplyDeleteAnswer : Because you keep it on top of the refrigerator. The temperature at the top of the fridge is higher than room temperature and this is what is making your beverage stick together.
I discovered this recently. I was keeping my beverage in a cupboard but moved it to the top of the fridge due to ant attacks; and BOOM, my beverage started sticking together.
