    5. I didn't want to comment at first, bcos the last time u raised a topic about missing St obi, and I commented, the following week come be tragic scandalous gist.

But seeing vien tetsola made me remember Chris okotie's wife (i forget her name) that year, that he allegedly snatched from a friend, and love bombed in several PDA.
I once saw the pair at an oversea airport in 'the abroad' and okotie was all over that woman.
He got bored with her or something, I hope he did right by her and hope she made peace with her decisions.

Also remember the female musician who sang I don't know why i dont know why there is so much suffering in the land, Tina something...very great voice and almost prophetic message that is atill relevant.

Then the leading actress in Nneka the pretty serpent, when naija home video was just starting out. I can't remember if she needed an organ donor

Then one director/producer with name Afolayan brought Hollywood standards with 'The ring' were bimbo akintola was mum to that stand up comedian turned motivational speakerguy..I forget Afolayan first name, he made but once you saw his name, you know the movie will be high quality and standards

Also the creator of hits like 'dauda the sexy guy',the 'I need to know' series, This life (once featured Princess in an award worthy performance) and 'Ikebe super'.

Its almost as if that period was a dream or false memory with the way no one refers to those creators
      of shows magazines nowadays.

We should appreciate the creative, they bring so much flavor to life!

    6. I believe you're talking about Tade Ogidan (not Afolayan) - Diamond Ring - Teju Babyface

    4. Yvonne Chaka chaka
    5. One Yoruba lady my aunt wouldn't stop talking about (that she introduced plus-size pagaentry in Nigeria abi Africa. I can't remember the first name but her surname is Fawaz.
    6. The regent who has some evergreen songs Princess Bunmi Ola-something. Bata mi a dun kokoka
    7. That guy that looked like Michael Jackson that sang "Belinda eeeee, Belinda, eeee Belinda". If I dey vex as pikin, make I just hear that song kperen! O ti lo.
    8. Funmi Adams with her beauty and evergreen songs kept me glued to the TV as a little child. I need to hug that woman especially for "Nigeria, my beloved country..." That song makes me teary now that I totally know and understand the lyrics.
    9. Jeremiah Gyang with that "Na ba ka" monster hit song

    5. Come back here Amebo!

Also Dare art alade who was one of the few that brought A list American Grammy nominated stars to nigeria, Beyonce, and i think 50cent sef. Kim K bin do waka pass and Britney spears also show. Been long so I could be wrong tho

Then the only famous black presenter/DJ? on Channel O when it was still new. He made a huge impression on us as channel o had monopoly. I hope he is healthy and happy chopping life somewhere.

Then the mixed race lady who inherited nightclub business from her dad. I think her name was Lola. She had a kid out of wedlock and went underground. Her nightclub was a hit. Like All the happening entertainers, footballers and models, must visit the club at the time.

Then the brilliant lady that hit headlines for havin a child with Ben Murray Bruce. Who young millenials& Gen Z now look at like a saint. Hmmmmmmm.

      Then Grace Egbabe. Nuff said!!
Also Daisy who dumped her ill husband and 5 children for wealthy danjuma nko? Nuff said!!

Then one elite muslim lady from north that wrote an open letter for the incumbent military dictator to release her boyfriend, the son of another dictator who was ousted by a coup from the incumbent dictator. Naija didn't have freedom of speech like nowadays so such happenings made headlines. I think her bf was released and they got married in a lavish affair, only for the boy to still dump her. No vex say i no call names, it was a scary period for ordinary naijas.

Then the eternal QUEEN of Queens& baby geh life forever, Nike Oshinowo!! I hope she comes back to the lime light, if her agemates like bianca onoh, Helen prest, onyeka Onwenu, Mo Abudu and Joke Silva are still in the limelight, why should Nike hide herself in Mayfair? She should carry her glamorous azz and come back.

Make I go drink water and mind my business
