Depends. Asides my husband, all my friends here know how much I earn and I also know theirs. Don’t tell family tho, e get why
ReplyDeleteMy family knows how much i earn but my Friends do not know but deep down they feel i am ok but i won't be spilling outside of my family, they will misconstrue it as Bragging and show off only when it is higher than theirs.

ReplyDeleteOnly my sisters know how much I earn and I know theirs too. We are each others best friends in this world. Friends NO and NEVER because I no get energy for unhealthy competition, let us be friending the friendship in peace. One of my friend who is also my colleague got an idea of how much I earn ( unknown to her that we earn the same amount) and started acting funny. One day she unpleasantly made reference to it, immediately I told her it's not true and she immediately became happy and started acting nice towards me again. That taught me a lesson of a life time.

ReplyDeleteNope. Only my hubby--cause we pay taxes together, and one of my sister who's a high income earner. We kinda have a ballpark of where we are at because I help her negotiate her contract. Would not tell anyone because money and friendships dont mix
