I mistakenly press #10,000 instead of #1000.i didn't even realize until I checked my account balance and I was wondering if there was promo or someone mistakenly sent me card instead of cash.. Sooner I received alert from my bank...my heart skipped immediately but thankfully I sold them out to friends. That was the first and last time.
Nothing really big as far as I can remember. There was one time I mistakingly sent 2,5k or so to another Etisalat line though, I missed my number by 1 digit, the person refused to send it back till today, in spite of the fact that I actually called and pleaded with him to send it back.

I've never made such mistake and I pray I don't do such in future cos I will cry for 3 days with sleepless night, I always cross-check UpTo 5 times.
