    1. I don't know about growing faster but for healthy dreadlocks, always palm roll it with beez wax or any other good wax, tightening spray but always make sure your dread is dry before applying any treatment

    2. Just one month and you want length already. Dreadlocks and patience are 5&6. You must be patient with your locs, it's low maintenance and looks very beautiful in the long run if you maintain a nice hair routine. The rate of growth depends on your genetics, forget about products.

I've been on locs for almost three years and it's the best decision I've taken concerning my hair. I started it myself with two strands twist. No products, just water and I eat balanced diet. My hair is fuller, longer and evenly locked in medium size. Very nicely maintained and bouncy. Almost touching the middle of my back. I wish I can show you the pictures. For a hair that refuse to grow more that six inches all my life has grown to almost twenty inches in three years.

      Quick Tips.
1.) Do daily rinse, it helps to hydrate and keep the hair healthy.
2.) Drink lots of water daily, it helps to hydrate your body and hair too.
3.) Wash the hair every week with black soap, it keeps it clean and healthy.
4.) Forget about hair products. If you must use, use light oils like olive oil sparingly.
5.) Cover your hair in satin cap befor you sleep or use satin pillow case to retain moisture on your locs.
6.) Talk to your locs, they are part of you, appreciate them for growing nicely, treat them tenderly, give them a unique name and watch them bloom!

      Welcome to the locs family!!?👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

      Be . Very . Patient.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Crayfish business is very profitable if you know the ropes. I'll advise that you travel to the place where they sell it in large bulk yourself and ask the sellers for tips on how to start the business. Take the time to prepare for the trip. Only these bulk sellers from the source will give honest information because they want to retain you as their customer. Go to Oron in Akwa Ibom or Warri in Delta State or any riverine areas. You might even add other sea foods as you progress in the business. You must invest in good drying and storage equipment. Good luck.

If you want to add weight you just have to increase your calorie intake.
Be intentional and eat more than three times daily not necessarily larger portions.
Some foods are higher in calories than others so stock up on them.
Make smoothies with bananas, peanut butter and one dark chocolate bar daily or you Google the net for weight gain smoothies and diet.
Eat healthy so you won't gain bad weight.
      Try calorie-dense food.

      Delete
    2. Please avoid drugs to get fat, the after effect if you stop it you won't like it. Trying eating bama and bread, golden morn with enough milk and fatty meat.

      Delete
    3. There is no drug that makes one to gain weight. You only have the one's that will boost your appetite. Buy any of these from the pharmacy: Cyprivite, Cyprigold, super appetite, Astymin etc. But don't use them all the time. At least twice a year is ok. Before you take any of them make sure you deworm yourself properly. As you eat, make sure high amount of calorie contained foods are mixed in your diet. Look for foods rich in HEALTY calories. Mix them with your daily foods. Calculate your calorie intake. You need at least 1000 calories in a day. So check your diet.

If you have money , look for macca root. Very expressive. The are different types of macca; for fast fertility, for gaining weight, for hips, etc

You can also buy protein shake-Amino accid. 'Amino 6000' used to be more effective . I recommended for someone and it gave her a desired result within 3 months. I don't know if it's still in the market. Go get it at the shopping mall or online or any big pharmacy. All these things I recommend to people, I don't even use them but everybody I recommended for got desired results. I did alot of research on them that's why I can comfortably recommend them to anyone.

    1. Hello Anonymous. I don't edit CVs however I can give you tips on how to draft your CV

      1. Use your full name as Header and underneath, you indicate your current job role. Use a professional email address concerning your first and last name and your contact number.

      2. Have a professional summary or profile; 3 sentences are okay here. Then list out your areas of expertise of your profession.

      3. Your educational and professional qualification listed starting from the latest or most recent indicate the Year . You also indicate the month and year

      4. Mention your work experience or history; same here start from the most recent. List out your job responsibilities (at most 7) then list at least 4 achievement at the end of each work experience. Mention the company, your job title, start and end date

      5. List your soft skills/ interests/ hobbies.

Make sure you tailor your CV to match with the job description of the job you are applying for. Take advantage of Chat GPT, Grammarly, Quill bot to help you tailor your Cv and help you get the right tenses and remove errors.

    1. Hmmmm, MANY products have FAKE NAFDAC numbers printed on them. As in the producers will just concoct one number and print.
      The audacity.
This would have never happened during Akunyili's time.
Some have fake expiry and production dates.
Always check production and expiry dates, I learnt this as a kid.
      Then check ingredients as well.

    1. My father in law did the surgery at 97 years and he survived. The best option is surgery. I would have recommended the hospital but I don't know if it will be published. He is still alive.

    2. 15:50 If that man is of any value, better take him for surgery at a reputable hospital.
That age is not the time to be testing testing different concoctions on their body.

  43. Pls i need eye drops to cure blurry vision in an elderly male. Thanks.

    1. You need to see an Optometrist so they can prescribe an eye drop to treat the cause of the blurry vision. Don't go and use the wrong eye drop( eye drop for Apollo/itching eyes) for him and make things worse.
