In as much as we saw a lot of video evidence pointing dirty fingers at Naira, we can't rule out the fact that the justice system needs to do what's right.

If he's guilty, table his offenses and charge him to court, and if there is not enough evidence to nail him yet, let him go and keep investigating. He has his rights too, guilty or not.

I am totally with her on this. You don't arbitrary detain someone indefinitely just to seem like you are working. After all the law says you can't detain someone beyond 48 hours. He may have had altercations with Mohbad in the past, which doesn't attract an indefinite detention, but that doesn't prove he is the murderer. Besides why is it taking so long for the autopsy result to come out?

Let them cease his international passport while they continue with their investigations. If the evidence they have is enough to accuse him of killing Mohbad, he should be charged to court. He should not have attended any questioning without the presence of his lawyer and he should have met with his lawyer before he went to the authorities since he has an alibi, being out of the country. Nigeria’s problem is that it claims to be a democracy but the way its institutions operates when dealing with the average citizen is anything but democratic.
