  3. Ndigbos ndigbos ndigbos, how many times did I call you?
Go to the east and build your mansions, stop building mansions in other parts of the country. How many Yorubas and hausas have mansions in the East? If you must build, build a small house

    1. Because you people will not sell land to an ‘outsider’. Be honest do you think there are no hausa people in igbo land? Let him try buying land to develop over there snd see wat wud happen.

    3. ARE YOU FOR REAL?!!
Everyone is just screaming "ndigbos ndigbos" all over social media.
Build mansions in the east where they visit mostly 3-4 times a year?

How many will live in those mansions in the village? What about the cost of maintenance? I'm not against people building in the villages but build something moderate as you spend less times there.

What you should ask if those structures followed due process, if they did, they wouldn't be such cases. It is ideal to build where ever you spend most of your life.

I would never advise anyone to invest in mansions where you spend less than a month or at most two.

It's just sad that this happened, however if you have to build, please be certain that it follows the right process.

  4. You see this thing Lagos in particular is doing is so wicked ,how can you be head of house and someone is selling your land illegally, then years later after the occupant must be built their homes relaxed you came to demolish it
What is wrong in this country who is selling these lands to them ,where are you officials from minister of land interior, monitoring and supervision the when they must be settled you come with your bulldozer and render them homeless without compensation
People stop buying land in Lagos since after building is demolition my heart breaks for them

  5. Painful part is that when you want to do right by your paperwork from scratch, you may never build in almost all States of the Federation. Sadly, that's who we majorly are in all areas of our lives. Feasting one on the other.

  13. I almost bought land in Lagos that year, thank God I used the money to japa. It would have entered one chance since.. cos honestly I would have trusted the land seller, not knowing all the protocol and documentation that goes into land ownership
