On an Instagram live video, the actress gave insights into her character portrayal on the show, stating that her on-screen character was purely a scripted act aimed at adding some drama into the show.
She further disclosed that having received feedbacks of low ratings in the show's first season, she decided to spice up her game in the second season by adding some dose of controversies.
She urged Nigerians to consider drama being a major factor in many International Real Housewives Franchise,while maintaining that her character portrayal on the show was part of the show's demand for increased controversy and drama.

Iyabo stop explaining and dump this toxic... what is controversy if its so negative and you have to explain everyday? The show has really dented your image and the best thing would be to dump it and concentrate on your day Job as an actress.... All this dragging for how much? Look at Chioma that was on her lane, this show has just so dented her image, I am still in shock for her....It aint worth it please!!!
Defending herself constantly shows that the bashing is getting to her. How much was she paid to dent her career like this? Stella, she already said in her comment section that she won't be back for next season. Faith is really cashing out because most celebrities want to associate and partner with her.

Even the clips that are cut and join show this na, the bouncers not reacting spontaneously to their physical altercation, the reaction of co actresses, persin push u down cus u dey try settle quarrel but u no react at all at all. Their significant husbands abi boyfriend shows that its scripted, no be everybody be natural actors and u can detect the irritation to the matured men.
DeleteThe outfit they were during their confessions abi klonpe all leads to a scripted scene. Very scripted, very unnatural reactions which is understandable bcos reality is often boring and filming characters applying make up for 3 hours does not make for good TV.
Iyabo you chose a villain role and played it well going by una fans reactions, next time you get this opportunity/gig, do what international actors and actresses do in such roles. Have this gesture or look that you give during extremely controversial over dramatic scenes. It is subtle facial acting. See, Almost all the A list Hollywood people do this. Jordan Peele and his grimace, Deadpool actor and his teeth, Keanu Reeves and looking shocked,Lupita abi kilonpe Black panther actresses, una small god madea actor, lena headeys cersei with her open mouth teeth, nickminaj&bigbrothrruriel with their dramatic wink etc tetchy. Iyabo pick a gesture, make it subtle to pass production team and see the audience go wow with luv at your 'intensity' while being in on the joke.
I love Iyabo no doubt; she needs to engage a PR instead of the Agogo announcement on IG that she does everyday; even if she wanted to play the part of ''bully'' she should have known when to stop it...I said it that Faith Moury is Iyabo's nemesis of Caroline Ekanem...Queen Mother you go dey alright las las..Try and distract your followers with other projects you have up your sleeves...

I heard from a grapevine, that immediately after shooting, her scuppered daughter will call her "friends " and tell them about the fake designer's Iyabo wore on set and they'd be laughing at her. It will have cost you nothing to be nice and still give drama where it was necessary, but because you saw a competition in Faith for your daughter you chose to be mean towards Faith and find fault in everything she does. All through the entire season, her discussions were entirely on Faith whenever she's with her primary 2 group. Now the results are coming in, trust netizens, the dragging on twitter was premium not to talk of the one on Instagram. Please you've been giving explanations back to back, you never tire ? At this point let it rest, stop the shalaye, those that matter in your life know the real you. Leave those that want to stick the bitter title on you. Another reality show will be aired & they will sooner forget you, and focus their attention on the actor giving them the toxicity they so love and crave for.
