  1. Good Morning,

    SHAKE OFF THE LOSSES

To be a real winner, be a good loser. Your attitude and actions when things go wrong will determine how often things go right for you. Things will indeed go wrong. There is risk in every undertaking. The road to success it not a straight, paved freeway. It has many twists and turns, gaps, potholes and rough pavement.

Anyone can be positive when things are going right. That’s no big accomplishment. The real key to success is to remain positively focused when things don’t go as you planned.

Today will not be perfect. Your job will not be perfect. Your children will not be perfect. Your car will not always run. Your computer will crash. People will be rude to you. These things are part of living. The less time and effort you spend whining, complaining and being dismayed about them, the more time you have for positive, effective living.

When you can shake off the losses and keep on going forward, then you’re a true winner.

    1. Good morning beautiful people..
      Happy new year to everyone..
I have been MIA since this new year to focus on some personal issue.
      Glad to be back.
Hope everyone is doing well and good 👍.
Super Eagles break my daughter heart last night.
Her first Nation cup she watched, she was so happy when they scored in the first half.

  2. "Behold, I will do a new thing;now it shall spring forth;shall ye not know it?I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert". Isaiah 43:19
Beloved,we pray that the Lord of new beginning will visit us today and make a way where there seems to be no way in Jesus name 🙏
Our God will raise timely helpers for us, he will fight our battle and our dwelling place shall be peaceful in Jesus name 🙏
Today our heavenly father will restore all our losses and give us a new beginning, he will change our status and give us a new name in Jesus name 🙏

  3. Reality sets in after the football championship. Nigerians used the duration of the tournament to distract themselves but it did not end as anticipated. The coach did not get his team selection well and the substitutions were poor. We try again next time.

  4. Nawa o,the silence loud gan,why must we reach the finals abi semi finals almost every time without winning the Cup? E come dey be like say na curse. After they will come and be listing in the records how many times Eagles have reached the semi finals 😭😭😭,mehn it's so sad.
I also feel the government should stop announcing any monetary rewards until the game is over, then they can give them whatever they wish to.Let them play with passion and not because of any gift..
Nwabali deserves an award,if not for his saves ehn, them for score us 5. Why did the Eagles looked so laid back, was it over confidence or what?
Anyway congrats, reaching finals ain't easy, make we use that one console ourselves.

E better make I comot first round, than to reach final and my hand no touch cup. E dey pain!! 🥲
Thank God for my wife wey CONSOLE me well well yesterday night....🙄🚶
The Ivorians were better on the night. Our coach starting with Chukwueze, Zaidu and Iwobi, was a big ERROR! Also, Aina who has been amazing throughout the tournament, chose the final, to be an absolute flop. I think the criticism he got for missing his PK in the semi final, really got to him.
Anyway, the cup no fine sef, and even if Ivorians go yab us, it will be in French. E no go too pain us. 😂
    I end with this quote:
"Whenever Nigeria loses a football match, the citizens never accept that the other team played better. They always find who to blame for the loss - doesn't matter if the person is dead or alive" - WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE (1864 BC)

  6. What's Revealed In You!!
    Colossians 1:27.

"As a new creation in Christ, you only have one nature—the Christ-nature. Your recreated human spirit is made in the image and likeness of Christ. Therefore, in all you do, and at all times, live your Christ-nature."

"For example, in times of provocations, when you’re offended, what’s revealed in you? You ought to let Christ be revealed in you. In appraising your spiritual growth, one of the things you check is how much your actions, attitude and character express or depict the righteousness or character of Christ."

    Prayer!!

Dear Lord, thank you for blessing me and filling me with your love, righteousness, and indeed, with yourself. I’m gentle, patient, peaceful, loving and kind. I express your wisdom, grace, glory, beauty and love always. Christ is in me, and as He is, so am I in this world, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

  17. I have been reading comments concerning the access guy that died and some persons claim it is karma for the way they allegedly took over intercontinental bank and some big names were fingered. Read how hundreds of workers lost their jobs because of the takeover. How shares they bought with huge sums have now degenerated to nothing.

    3. He is dead. All of us will die one day. Human will always have something to say.

    4. Shame. There's no acquisition that does not lead to loss of job if not immediately, later. Our people are so narrow minded that give them reasons that the day after Tuesday is Wednesday and they will believe. Some are saying he balled too hard. Imagine! Karma has not caught up with evil politicians with all the atrocities they commit, flexing with pension of pensioners, some dieing waiting endlessly. People die from bad roads politicians have eaten the money and karma is chilling somewhere overlooking them.

Tell who said that about karma to go and read about the un safety status of the brand of that chopper they died in. How a US court awarded $75m to a family of a survivor from such an accident like that of Wigwe.

      Delete
    5. Karma?? Nigerians are funny beings, death is inevitable to all, it happens to everyone, whether by accident, sickness or natural circumstances. The person who wrote that comment is a fool...at some point he/she too will die, so what's the point??

This your lie early Monday morning when

Maybe you should go back and read with your glasses next time.

I hope you are not fornicating though and you have never had premarital sex because if you are and you are complaining about them then you are the biggest hypocrite that ever lived. How the did they become single mothers in the first place?
If we preach against premarital sex now you may be among those who will say they can never hold body.

      Delete
    2. I hope you are a virgin jungle because if you are not then you are the part of the problem.

For some of those ladies to be single mothers then it means there are a lot of single fathers out there too or that one no concern you😏

    3. I have been crying out loud about the epidemic of baby mama and single mothers. The long term implications of this on the society is better imagined. How most women these days are lacking sexual discipline and responsibility is beyond me.. Please can we work on our girl child??

      Delete
    4. @08:58, you have spoken well, but pls add working on the male child too, because last time I checked, it takes a man and a woman to make a baby...the single mothers did not make the babies themselves. Nigerians always absolving the male folk of every sin imaginable! No accountability whatsoever!

      Delete
    5. And what's wrong with them being 30 and above? The guys that applied, what age did most of them put? Or is it only women that it's a crime for to be 30 and above finding love? Even though I saw ladies that are 20 something years.
And saying they are ALL single mothers, even though it's not a crime to be but I think you read it at night, so it's morning now go back to read, day for break. Carry your sanctimonious self comot here 🌚

    6. I intentionally did not want to participate, never did.

  23. ✔️KNOW YOURSELF. PART 121

THE CONSTANT DANCE OF PUSH/PULL DRAMA

The constant dance of push/pull drama in relationships refers to a dynamic where individuals alternately seek closeness and then create distance, creating a pattern of emotional tug-of-war. This push/pull behavior is characterized by a cycle of pursuing intimacy (push) followed by withdrawing or creating space (pull). The pattern often repeats, creating a sense of instability and unpredictability within the relationship.

    Key Components of Push/Pull Dynamics:

    1.) Push Phase:

a.) Intense Pursuit: One partner actively seeks emotional or physical closeness, expressing a desire for connection.
b.) Increased Attention: During the push phase, there is a heightened focus on the relationship, often with increased communication, affection, or efforts to bond.

    2.) Pull Phase:

a.) Emotional Distance: Following the push phase, there's a sudden shift, and one partner withdraws emotionally or physically.
b.) Need for Space: The individual may express a need for space, become less responsive, or create distance, leaving the other partner feeling rejected or confused.

    3.) Underlying Insecurities:

a.) Fear of Abandonment: The push/pull dynamic often stems from underlying fears of abandonment. The pursuing partner may fear being left alone, while the withdrawing partner may fear losing their independence.
b.) Vulnerability Concerns: Both partners may struggle with vulnerability, leading to a cycle of getting close and then retreating to protect themselves emotionally.

    4.) Impact on Relationship Stability:

a.) Uncertainty: The constant shift between pursuing and withdrawing creates uncertainty in the relationship, making it challenging for both partners to establish a stable emotional foundation.
b.) Emotional Rollercoaster: The push/pull pattern creates an emotional rollercoaster, contributing to stress and dissatisfaction.

    5.) Communication Challenges:

a.) Misunderstandings: The lack of clear communication about needs and boundaries can lead to misunderstandings, as partners may not be on the same page regarding the level of closeness desired.
b.) Frustration: The ambiguity of the push/pull dynamic can lead to frustration and confusion, hindering effective communication.

    6.) Repetition of Patterns:

a.) Cycle Continuation: Unless consciously addressed, the push/pull dynamic tends to repeat, becoming a persistent pattern in the relationship.
b.) Difficulty Breaking the Cycle: Breaking the cycle requires both partners to recognize the pattern, understand its origins, and actively work towards healthier relationship dynamics.

Addressing the push/pull dynamic involves open communication, self-reflection, and a commitment from both partners to understand and meet each other's needs while creating a more stable and secure emotional environment in the relationship. Seeking the support of a relationship counselor may also be beneficial in navigating and resolving these dynamics.
