RHOA Star Porsha Williams Warns Simon Guobadia Not Alter Docs Amidst Ongoing Divorce

According to Page Six, she is warning Simon in court documents not to alter any of his financial records while they are divorcing.

Considering the fact that Simon is a documented scammer who’s been running schemes since Porsha was in diapers, this warning seems fair! Per the report, she demanded Simon maintain spare “financial records or statements; all income records; all tax records; all expense records; all recordings or evidence reflecting relevant conduct by either party” or risk facing sanctions.

Porsha wanted to honor their prenup agreement which protects the assets they acquired before marrying. However, we’re unsure what that means for the money Simon may have earned while being married and vise versa.

She noted in court documents that their marriage is “irretrievably broken.” Her attorney Randall Kessler, also added that the reality star is “hopeful” that she and Guobadia will “reach an agreement settling all issues between them.”

Simon was previously deported for marriage fraud, identify fraud, credit card fraud and more. Let’s hope his name is really Simon. For all we know Porsha could be divorcing Abimbola Guobadia.
