 How about this combination for Breakfast? Its been so long that i had plantain!!!

    1. Too much rich food is bad for the health. Avoid sodas ,sedentary lifestyle ,Too much carb. Let your protein and Fibre be higher can your carbs.skip one meal a day. Dilute your vinegar and take one tablespoon in warm water last thing at night every other day.

  2. Very exciting picture to behold. My kids and I love eating plantains very well. Just yesterday, a neighbour at the shop gifted me one bunch of plantain. Come and see excitement on my kids' faces 🀣 Already fried some for breakfast this morning to be taken with jollof rice.

  12. I had millet and guinea corn pap before going for aerobics. I'm having cucumber, carrot, Cabbage, aloe vera, licorice root and honey smoothie now.
    Na sleep get me after now.
