Bromhidrosis can be very difficult to treat particularly in cases where the root causes of it can't immediately be identified. But it is not something a healthcare professional would have difficulty sorting out. Tacha has made enough money to contact the best of them here in Nigeria. Why is she allowing the whole thing trail her like a bad smell?(Yes, pun intended).

DeleteAs a child and a teen, I smelled really badly. It knocked my confidence. My mother also abused me instead of trying to help me. After I moved abroad, I figured out that I have hyperhidrosis which means that I sweat way more than an average person. There is no cure but to manage it, I only wear natural breathable fabric, all of my bedsheets and pillowcases are made from linen, I have to shower with antibacterial soap and I use prescription strength deodorant. It is a really debilitating and stressful condition. Thankfully, I don’t live in a hot country but, on holiday in a hot place, I have to wear three or four outfits a day as they get completely soaked with sweat. It really affects my day to day life. I feel sorry for her as people often assume bad body odour is as a result of poor hygiene. As a doctor once explained to me, we all have an acceptable level of bacteria living on our skin but with people that suffer from hyperhidrosis, the excessive sweat provides a breeding ground for the bacteria to multiply quickly which causes the smell. We all need to be kinder to others as we don’t know what they are dealing with.

There was a guy I know with the worst bad breath I know, he didn’t know too much cofffe and gets causes that.I introduced him to herbal tea and he layed. Off coffee and couldn’t believe himself. This guys has spent plenty mouth at dentist and all the oral solutions. Another guy with liver disease also has thinking body odors that you can breathe where he sits, he has passed but before his condition was discovered, his roommates were running away from their apartment because of his smell.

ReplyDeleteEven if a person I know has body or mouth odour, I will only tell you privately and in love, not to tear you down but to make you better and ONLY if I have developed a relationship with you as a friend.
This body odour of a thing is very bad, you will see a full grown man or woman smelling like an he goat, if you can't afford an expensive or designer perfume at least get a cheaper one and most especially a deodorant for the armpits, I can't stand anyone that has body odour or mouth odour.

DeleteMaybe she does not even have body odour maybe she is just not washing her clothes enough. You live in a hot country which means you are likely sweating in your clothes. Washing your clothes regularly is necessarily. No matter how many baths, deodorant or perfume you wear, if your clothes is smelly that is what ppl will smell. Unless you are in a drought there is no reason for not washing your clothes on time.
