    1. That is just skin pigment and it doesn't determine conception..... Just like me i usually have this painful pimples around my ankles them, once I'm pregnant it won't appear again until I have birthed. Just keep trying for another baby and leave anxiety alone.

Sometimes it might not be the relaxer causing you dandruff and breakage .

How often do care for your own hair? Do you drink enough water ? Do you comb your hair the right way? Do you do steaming? Do you allow your natural hair to breath or you always use attachments, wigs ,extensions everything? Also the type of salon matters as well

    1. Lose weight so the thighs don’t rub together. Wear mostly trousers so stop the friction. When you shower use an exfoliating cloth on the inner thighs and follow up with either a skin lightening cream, pure cocoa butter or Shea butter and rub on the affected area. You should see an improvement within three weeks and everything should be cleared up perfectly 2-3 months. You have to stick with it though and be patient.

    2. If you are not a trousers person, wear short tights underneath your skirt and gown Everytime to prevent the thighs rubbing together. Always apply your body cream on the dark and rough spot before wearing your tights., I apply it all over my legs up to my buttocks and my inner thighs are fresh

    1. Nobody can answer this question here. Call roofers who give free estimates. The cost of the roof will depend on the size that is measured by the roofer and the type of roofing material you select, plus labour costs. Even if we were to guess we don’t know if the condition is so poor now that they would need to do special work. Call three roofers with good reputation and decide after they give their estimates.

    6. Because you are gripping yourself so hard and no woman’s inner sanctum can compare to the strength of your grip that is why you need their a^us which is far tighter than the front end. You have to come to your senses because if you do marry this is not an activity you could do regularly, as it would damage your wife overtime, and likely lead to health issues, even for you with the heightened risked of infections. A^al always requires the use of two condoms and copious amounts of lube. It is not something to overindulge in.

You have to retrain yourself to go back to the regular entry. I believe there are forums, groups and ministry to help men deal with this problem. Good luck!

Use Q7 micellar water for cleansing, you can get Trention and apply at night, make sure u use your cream as a base, 20mins later you can apply Trention.

Mostly importantly, buy a good sunscreen, don't go out under the sun or rain without applying it, you can go for high budget ones or low budget ones like Dr Rashel sunscreen spf 50 or 80 is fine.

    1. I don't know about it curing your fibroids, cause I don't have them, but I do use it to take care of my system, like cleansing especially during my period.

Here is what I add, ginger, garlic, turmeric, moringa, clove, to the prekese and cayenne pepper, and if you want, you can also add cinnamon and Bagaruwa seeds too it. Boil everything together, according to the quantity of what you bought, you add water suitable for it. Drink morning and night.

Because I easily react to herbs alot, I make sure I eat in the morning before drinking and I totally love it, it works.

    1. My daughter took it last year and had similar complaint. She is fine now. If you have fears, go to the health center where you took it to lodge your complaint.

    2. Use cold compress, ice block wrapped in a towel or you rub kerosene on the spot, both works well.

    3. Whenever a vaccination is administered, the site should be rubbed for about half an hour. Rubbing helps to decrease pain and swelling. Some nurses give this information and some don’t.

Put a warm cloth at the site, you can drop a face both in warm or hot water, then squeeze out any excess and let it sit at the site for 5-10 minutes, then rub the location with some castor oil to soften it out. You can do this about 3-5 times a day.
