ReplyDeleteI don't know if it's a norm in our society for a woman to do that, but this is not okay by me, becos l think a man should initiate a marriage proposal and not to wait for a woman to do that, when a man wants a woman, he will know what to say, when he needs a business, he knows how to go about it, so when it comes to proposal he doesn't know what to do abi, let the men take charge of their authority, we shouldn't take that power from them, allow the men to lead as stated in the Bible. this is one the reasons why some men don't take their position as the head of the family serious. There are roles for men and women, let's not encourage this pattern thou some celebrities have married their spouse through this method.

The issue is jot with the men to lead..men are ever ready to do it right and lead but the truth is most women aren't ready.

There's a lady I want to marry.yet to go school and inintend to send her to school after marriage snd probably a kid but I didn't tell her all that...but ibdiscussed my intentions with her to get married..we are currently dating don't get me wrong.. she told me she is ready now..and wants to finish school.I said no problems and I left..I just felt I wasted my time with thr wrong lady and I amnstarting afresh again with marriage as the goal so you see its not always as peoppw portray I to be.

A woman will yeild herself to a man under his authority and leadership, respect and trust the man to make a better decision by accepting his opinion, yet the man will not reciprocate the submission, a woman should be protected and watered nah. Rather We have heard it many times, when a man says I'm not ready yet. If the men take the lead properly, then why would a woman propose to a man in the first place, most women propose cos they are tired of waiting for the man to do the needful.
Also, too many women are everly ready to submit but the men are not ready yet.
