On arriving home, the car's roof and seats had been blown off.
He found a weapon containing inflammable fluid in the car.
You wonder what kind of rich neighborhood in Hollywood is this where anything goes.
He said he made a report to the authorities and reached out to Diddy that they needed to meet up and talk.
When he was asked why, he said he knew he had something to do with his car.
They had a meeting like the next day at a fancy spot.
In his words, "One wall in the room was all windows, I met Diddy staring out the window like a Marvel super villain"
He was weirdly calm, he even offered him water twice as they discussed how him (Cudi) and Cassie first started dating.
Diddy was like, you know we were homies and she was my girl, Cudi explained that Cassie told they were no longer together.
As they were talking, in walks Cassie.
Imagine her snuggled up on Diddy and saying "baby" right in front of Kid Cudi. (Dirty... So dirrrtee!)
He said he was upset to see that she had gone back to him.
She told her part too that she and Cudi fell in love and stuff happened.
The meeting ended with Diddy standing up to shake his hands.

"You said you didn't burn my car? Alright, that's it" Cudi answered.

Defence: Are there any surveillance photographs?
Cudi: No, just the photos my dog sitter sent.

"You know the DNA collected from your vehicle was found to be a female's, right?"
Cudi said he had no idea.
"No eyewitnesses or footages saw Mr Combs or any of his team members around your property, right?"
"Yes"
(Are you catching what they're doing? Trying to make it seem like maybe an angry ex girlfriend broke into the house since the DNA was female)
The defence continues,
"You were very confused to know that Cassie was dating Sean Combs given that you were talking for about a year, correct?"
He said "Yes"
Defence: Ms Ventura played you, right?
Cudi: Yes
They told him he was so into her that he flew all the way to Connecticut to spend Christmas with her family, after the supposed break in in his home. He affirmed.
"You were hurt when the relationship ended because you cared for her. Did you think the feeling was mutual?"
He said "yes."
The defence proved Cassie was living two different lives and she was cheating on the two of them.
Interestingly, they made it seem like Diddy was calm through it all, he didn't harm Cudi, caused no damage in his home, was willing to have a peaceful meeting with him, and that he's just as confused as to how the car blew up.
MAKEUP ARTIST
Finally, Diddy's former makeup artist came on the stand.
She said she saw Diddy h-!t Cassie a couple of times. And she was like a sister to her (aww).
Well, the defence pulled up all the different interviews she'd done about it, from CNN to Fox News.
Going on platforms and getting paid to discuss her supposed 'sister'.
She even sold photos of her and Kim Porter for $1000 to the tabloids.
She brought nothing to the case.
Making it easy for the defence to paint her as a money grabbing, tryh@rd, lying, dishonest m_o'fvka.

"I was 23 years old, all I wanted to do was have a great job working for an icon."
The security as well did nothing.
When Diddy was done, he came to the captain chair in front, chilling, and ordered Cassie to remain in the back area. Alone!
As soon as they touched down, he made a club appearance, while they fixed her up and brought her there.
Another time the same year, Diddy called him over intercom to see him upstairs.
He saw Cassie on the bed with bruises on her eye, crying.
Diddy asked him to go buy anti-swelling lotion.
He said he did nothing because he wanted to keep his job and also make it in the entertainment industry.
Prosecution asked "Why did you decide to leave your job" (he left in 2015)
He said, "I was not comfortable with the physical behaviour of Diddy, the plane and bedroom incidents, fixing those situations or assisting to do those."

But how did a whole US justice department not have mind blowing witnesses for this case. Aaaaaaaaaaah! This will be a big slap on their face if he gets a lighter sentence or walks away. It means they didn't do their homework very well.
