Rapper Diddy Versus EX Cassie Day 4 Court Hearing..

 Day 4 was a good day for Diddy but day 5 revelations (Coming up soon) will shock you.....

His team really dr@gged Cassie during her cross-examination.
On this day, his lawyers were out to show the judge and the world the kind of woman we didn't think she is.
So Cassie came out in a trenchcoat, thigh-high boot and a pony tail. Fine woman per usual.
The cross-examination began.

The defence asked, "You really liked Sean and knew how special you are to him, right?"

"Sometimes I knew"

"You get jealous when he likes other people"

"I do get jealous"

"You always keep coming back"

"No, we kept getting back together"

THE EXHIBITS FROM THE DEFENCE

A text thread was displayed on the monitor.

Diddy: "It made me so happy that u'll come to Atlanta to see me. I'm such a lucky man" Cassie: "I'm such a lucky woman. I'd fly wherever u need me to. Love, Cass

Mind you, these were among the text threads previously shown in court, but the prosecution cleverly cut out the parts where Diddy and Cassie were seemingly showing love to each other, leaving just the parts that favoured their case - the FREAKOFFS and assault.

So the defence made sure to dig out the lovina lovina chats. They had no mercy.

Diddy: "I love u so much it makes me cry"

Cassie: "U hungry papa?"

Diddy: "No"

Cassie: "No problem, let me know"

Diddy: "I love u so much it consumes my life, I love how u love me"

The defence said he sounds like a good guy.

Cassie said he's very charismatic, has a larger than life personality, and everyone loves him.

In a text Diddy said, "I miss u, when do u want a freakoff?"

Now remember she said she never wanted the f-offs, but she goes: "I'm always ready to f-off".

The text continues:

Diddy: "When do u wanna do the f-off?"

They asked her what video. She said she didn't know. Hmm...

The defence also took the court down memory lane to when Cassie badly wanted to be Diddy's girlfriend and didn't want any competition.

She didn't like that she wasn't his official girl, all they did was serial f-offs. This was before they went public.

The defence would sarcastically praise her saying you are so beautiful, so charming, such a great person, so successful, before giving her wotowoto.

They said she was jealous of Kim Porter and her friend Carrie Morgan because she felt like Diddy wanted Carrie.

Also jealous because she didn't get invited for Christmases, unlike Kim Porter.

An exhibit showed Cassie texting Diddy "What about me? We're 7 years in this but I'm nothing but the fun girl"

So it wasn't that she didn't like the f-offs from the beginning, she was sad about the fact that she wasn't invited to family events and had no relationship with his kids.

CASSIE AND RYAN LESLIE

The defence established that rapper and record producer Ryan was 28, Cassie 18, when they started dated.

He introduced her to Diddy. She cheated on her boyfriend Ryan to be with Diddy.

So Diddy wanted to take her out of town. They made a fake flyer saying that she would be booked at a club in Miami so Ryan would think it's just work, but she went there to spend time with Diddy.

Basically, the defence were trying to paint her as an assshaw0. A woman who left her boyfriend of 3 years for daddy wey dey pamper.
They knowingly asked, "What does the tattoo on your forearm say?"

She said "no regrets".

The tattoo in question was Ryan's name.

That's where they got her, because "no regrets" implied that everything she did was deliberate.

At the time she wrote a letter to Diddy saying "I'm sneaky, I feel like I move on very quickly. I'm not just a good person. I'm just happy that you love me"

The defence asked, "Why did you call yourself sneaky? Is it because you were cheating?"

Cassie replied, "It could be"

EXHIBIT: PERIOD KNACKS

Remember, she said he made her do some f -offs during her red season.

She texted him "I think about u hinsaaaiyd of me"

Diddy: "When are you done with your per*od"

Cassie: "I'm planning to skip the period, let's get into the f-off"

It could also mean any-which-way, I'm game!

He brought them as requested. While they're doing their thing she would be in the corner flicking the mouse.

I guess the defence wanted to show that he wasn't the only one who had those desires.

"Does any of the employees know about the f-off?" The defence attorney asked Cassie. She said they didn't.

So if it was you people's private business, why make it seem like a whole enterprise?

That was the defence trying to disprove the racketeering allegation.

A text showed her saying she had so much fun during the f-off.

Most of her messages were so filthy that they couldn't read them out.

It's said that her husband kept looking away from the monitor screen.

And the time she had mouth sores, which she claimed was due to too many orals, a text showed her apologizing to Diddy for it.

When asked, she couldn't explain the reason behind the apology.

The defence showed a message of her telling him how his words inspire her and that he was a great guy.

The defence attorney said everybody knows he was a drAg addikt, that their relationship could be defined as two people who were fr##ky, jealous and high. And that the drugs and withdrawal effects were responsible for their toxic relationship.

They say Diddy and his sons were exchanging happy glances during the knockdown.
