Gospel singer Mercy Chinwo and her former manager, EeeZee Tee, are allegedly embroiled in a new controversy after the release of a video highlighting the "before and after" effects of audio mixing on Chinwo’s vocals.
The video, posted by Chinwo’s producer, showed her vocals sounding unpolished prior to mixing, which some have interpreted as undermining her professional abilities.
Mercy Chinwo has accused EeeZee Tee of orchestrating the release of the video by allegedly paying her producer to circulate it with the intention of damaging her reputation.Both parties have allegedly been involved in a back-and-forth saga further fuelling the tension between them.

Singers sometimes overstretch their voices and it breaks (cracks) and need to heal just like our physical bodies get stressed and breakdown.
Mercy is a happy soul and should just ignore this ex manager, EeZee Tee.
Which music artiste does not polish their final audio recording?
She came second in NIGERIAN IDOL Show and I remember her joyfully congratulating her counterpart that won, a young man from Akwa Ibom who was also a choirmaster in his local church. He obviously didn't pursue a professional music career.

DeleteEven the great Celine Dion had to go a spell where she couldn’t sing or she would have lost her voice entirely. There were days that she didn’t speak to anyone, not even to her then young children. Pavarotti I think also went a while without singing because of fear of losing his voice. Christina Aguilera had to live without air conditioning, no matter how hot it was, just to protect her voice. A serious singer has to protect their machine from overuse, cause damage to the vocal cords is a real thing.
DeleteHer sounding off could have been the signal of vocal cords needing rest. Maybe she was exploited and overworked as a money maker and unaware of what she was doing to her voice by not giving herself the appropriate rest periods.
