It has nothing to do with Tinubu, there’s economic hardship all around the world and Nigeria is no different. Crude oil prices have dropped and inflation is affecting almost every country in the world.if Tinubu wasn’t the president maybe it would’ve been worse sef.

All around the world. I watched a documentary that featured poor Luxembourg ppl, not immigrants, those whose ancestors have hundreds of years in the country and that is one wealthy nation.

Where I live I rarely saw ppl this far from the downtown seeking alms openly and now I see them more frequently.

I feel like it is not even worth it to lend these days with any expectation to get it back, just lend if you can afford to lose it.

Anon 14.06, pls allow some Nigerians to keep complaining. They will sit idle for hours daily complaining of hardship, even while gossipping and drinking beer/eating peppersoup from 4pm till the next day, while others are juggling two jobs or hustling. That's why I love Lagosians (people that live and hustle there). It is not green anywhere - come to Europe or N/America and show me who does that - where will you see people waste such precious time when there are bills to be paid. Some Nigerians will argue there are no jobs - keep waiting for jobs - don't look around you for busimess opportunities or ideas and catch on to them. The population and their needs are boundless opportunities. Keep blaming Tinubu and every govt in power while others are cashing out. No be juju!!

Anon 21:11 Tell yourself the truth.. what is govt doing in terms of employment, everybody must not juggle jobs, there are people that want to be gainfully employed.
