The respected monarch died on Sunday, July 13, 2025 marking the end of an era for one of Nigeria’s most enduring traditional institutions. Oba Adetona ascended the throne in 1960 and remained one of the nation’s longest-serving traditional rulers.
His death was confirmed by Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun.
He lived a fulfilled life....
