DeleteDon't know about bloating Miss Ess but for constipation, you can get a laxative at the pharmacy to help relieve it.
DeleteAlso foods with dietary fiber like fruits, whole grains helps. Take lots of water too 🍍🍏
Eat lots of fiber foods, fruits and vegetables in your diet..And always stay hydrated....For constipation, castor oil will help....

DeleteFair lady, pls disregard Kosidumzy’s advice. Totally avoid texturizers except u want to relax ur baby’s hair. All chemicals present in hair relaxers r also present in texturizers. In fact after usage u would realise that u have just relaxed ur baby’s hair. I know because i have used it and recently my sister called and was complaining about using texturizer because smone deceived her to use it on her natural hair. As i talk to u now, she has started her transitioning to natural hair all over again.
DeleteGet natural shea butter and a good moisturizer. I would recommend mega growth leave in conditioner. Then get a spray bottle put cloves and rosemary leaves, add water and let it soak, spray it for her, then u can use the moisturizer then seal in with shea butter. U would see result instantly.
NB: if u cant find dried rosemary just use the cloves. And don’t wait till you want to make her hair before using the shea butter, be using them like three times weekly. Wen u loose her hair to comb i promise you, u wud be surprised at how soft her hair will be.

DeleteWhat about your bath soap/hair care products, do you read the ingredients used for them? What about your deodorants, are they home-made? I'd be more concerned about products I use daily than the ones used once or twice a year.
Fairlady, how old is your daughter? If she is a bit grown, you can use texturizers atleast twice a year.
02:05, no i won’t stop, if you read my comment properly u wud realise that i am not talking about the health impact of chemicals, but here u are comparing food and deodorant. If you knew how people with natural hair cherish it, you would know how painful it would be for her to use texturizer and afterwards realise that she had just relaxed her daughter’s hair. She specifically told us the girl’s hair is natural, she could have just said the hair is stubborn, but her emphasis on the virginity of the hair would make it unfair for anyone to just carelessly tell her to use texturizer.

DeleteThis your question is like asking what is the price of a new mobile phone or a second hand mobile phone. The question is somehow because there are numerous different types of mobile phones - it's too general and non-specific because some phones are sold for over 1 million naira and some are sold for 50k, so how do you want the person to start listing everything out for you.
My suggestion to you is to do your research and find out the capacity, size, brand, etc. based on the functions you need in a laptop. That way, when you are asking for price you will be specific and give details of the type of laptop you are making the enquiry on.

Do not give them life or traction to take hold in your consciousness. Do not feel any fear when you get them. When you change your approach, then they will leave your dreamscape.

I bought raw groundnuts and boiled them because I really enjoy snacking on boiled groundnuts. I used to buy already boiled ones but I decided to buy the raw ones and boil them by myself this time. Unfortunately, the result was not the same as the already boiled ones I used to enjoy.
What did I do wrong please? I just washed them thoroughly, put in a pot and boiled for about 20 mins, and then strained the water away. 🤷
Just boil the groundnuts with enough salt and let them boil very well until they are soft, no any special deals about it, you can be checking it while boiling if it's soft enough to your taste, and if the salt isn't enough, you can add little or more salt to your taste, don't put too much of salt so that it will not be salty.

Pour into the already boiled water and cook for just 2 minutes, depends on the quantity though...

The study route is becoming harder and with the anti-immigrant movement there is a lot going on with these nations. Germany is the only country that I know of right now that is still actively and openly sponsoring for jobs. The problem is many ppl find the language so difficult, but they will help you. If you are open to learning a new language, look at Germany.

ReplyDeleteMy dob on all my documents is 1997 while my bank own is 1993. I opened my first account 2012 I was till in secondary school.
During that period there was no NIN or bvn .
my school made a mistake on my bsc certificate, so I want to change everything on my bvn and NIN to be even with the certificate. My bank is now saying because my age dey can't do it, because my NIN is carrying 1997, reason that if they minus the 1997 from 2012 I ll be 15 went I opened the account. And for them it can't be possible to open and an account for an underage person. I should go back I make the correction. My actual age is the 1997 not 1993. I have my birthday certificate and others documents that is carrying my real age .
Please is there anything way I resolved it.
Now, NIN people are charging 50k for correction of dob.
See if you can close that account completely. You can open another new account that will reflect your correct DOB.
