Their marriage clocked 10 this year. He met his wife in lagos and after wedding, they both moved to Ibadan. The marriage is blessed with two blessed children. The man works with a firm that can just transfer him anywhere at anytime.
He was transferred from ibadan to Port harcourt and his wife and children stayed back in ibadan because God blessed them and they got a land and built their own house.
After a year, he was transferred back to ibadan again. But two years ago, baba was transferred to Calabar and since then, he hasn't come home to see his wife and children but send them money often.
Recently (say 4months ago). The husband's friend hinted the wife that her husband impregnated another woman in calabar and the lady just gave birth. The wife didn't believe it until the husband's younger sister also told her, stating that, she told her brother never to indulge in such but he wouldn't listen.
Not only that, the husband, also destroyed the home of another man. The husband was also having an affair with one married woman in ibadan and that woman's husband got to know and sent her away(note: the woman is presently 3 months gone and the husband has rejected the pregnancy).

It was later confirmed that,, the husband sneaks into ibadan sometimes without even going to see his wife and children. He will just come and meet the married woman and off to calabar again.
The wife has left home with her children because, she said, seeing the man can make her commit murder. Now, the wife is so pained and heartbroken.
I can't imagine. You get wife and 2 pikin, you still go born put outside, that one no do you, you still went ahead to have fun with another man's wife and destroyed their happy home. Though, I will also fault that married woman for allowing that dog to put asunder. It means, she is also not committed to her husband and her home. What would have pushed a married woman to having an affair outside her marital vows. Now, husband don pursue her with the pregnancy she is carrying.

The worst thing that can happen to a man is to be a slave to the sin nature.
This is painful and a big betrayal but if she doesn't have the resources to give those children a good place to rent at the moment, she shouldn't move in hurry, if she can sell the house and another in our one name with it. He should continue to birth more children but can't share from that house with her and her children.

ReplyDeleteThe wife at home in Ibadan should thank her lucky stars. She will at least ot get any stis. If she is not financially buoyant, she should ask for an increase in upkeep and find something doing so she can save up for relocation.
