One of the reasons I don't like that place
ReplyDelete๐๐๐๐๐๐ ''Should stayed in there home''

I'm telling you, every time is their oro(voodo), they're related to Ijebu people.
DeleteThis is part of their traditional rites, which has to be respected. Done mostly at night. They announce before hand so no one would claim Ignorant of it.
ReplyDeletePeople concerned should please take note o.
What of travellers just coming in at night who were not aware of all these?
DeleteIf you have anyone coming into the city, it's better to inform them before hand.
DeleteIkorodu and otta ehn ๐๐๐
ReplyDeleteIn this age & time? ๐
ReplyDeleteCan't they do all these within their palace & homes involved?
But palm Sunday is for the main roads. Let us face the reality of a heterogeneous society. At least they struggled to print a flyer to announce before time. If traffic is a usual issue, take sick leave.
DeleteI'm very sure nobody wants to play with their lives, They should just obey.
ReplyDeleteIkorodu and transitional right na 5&6
ReplyDeleteWith dis kain grammar, dats why they ll be backward for life. The tutu whatever should apply to only the worshippers.
ReplyDeleteBased on your own grammar you are below them.
DeleteI am happily below a lot of people but you see these backward people threatening people's lives because of rubbish,I pass them . Well well ,no be toko
DeleteThey are always doing one sacrifice or the other in that Ikorodu.
ReplyDeleteThe memo is giving headache
ReplyDeleteHmmmmmm
ReplyDeleteIn this age and time
How many people there have you evangelised to? Is it age and time that opened your eyes or the eyes of your ancestors or was it the power of the liberating gospel?
DeleteWhy do you think some Africans who claim the abrahamic religion still patronize these other practices at night? That is the result of "age and time" . Others who actually know their God and do exploits threw all the junk away and remember why they left.
There's nothing wrong with observing their cultural festival. There is freedom of worship.
DeleteAwon eluku Mede Mede wanna take a night stroll ๐๐๐๐.
ReplyDeleteWhy not left instead of "right"?
At least they announced and prepared a Flyer. If you are not sure of your God or are not ready to speak English, close work by 2 and get home on time. As they have informed the police, even those ones go day inside house that time.
When I lived in Lagos, anytime they announced such happenings in ikorodu, nothing will make me stay till 6 pm outside. Even though my resident was Ogba,I take precaution. If they announce 3 days for the festivities,me I take one week precaution.Avor,Evemi Eku avasi mi sara.
ReplyDeleteBetter to be safe than sorry.
DeletePeople should just stay inside at night on these days because people can do anything to show the 'annoyance of the ancestors'
ReplyDeleteAwon Omo Eluku mede mede.
ReplyDeleteI trust ikorodu people sha, they always obey.
So as not to see the annoyance of the Ancestors....as written up there ☝๐
DeleteNa wa
ReplyDeleteMchewwwww , may God protect the people living there.
ReplyDeleteAmen
