Soludo stated this at the weekend in Awka while addressing members of his party, All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, during an event to inaugurate members of his governorship campaign council.
He said a running mate to a governorship candidate in the November 8 governorship election from a prominent political party is parading a fake PhD degree, adding that it amounted to deceiving the young ones who may be made to believe that every university degree can be purchased.
The governor who did not mention the running mate added that there is a lot of work to be done in Anambra, and that he will not shy away from them, including restoring morality as could be seen in the war against fake native doctors who promise wealth without work.
He said after the election, he will face certificate forgers.
