Jollof quickly made a video and a post explaining that he did not do a call out and begged that his Royal Majesty, the Olu of Warri should forgive him....

''Public Clarification
I want to set the record straight regarding my recent publication on the development of our riverine region.
First of all, I am a bonafide son of Warri Kingdom, Ugborodo 100% (both father and mother). By birth and heritage, I have every right to speak about the development of my community, which ought to be a collective responsibility.
Secondly, at no point did I disrespect the revered throne. My words were simply an appeal — a call for the embodiment of our tribe to use his goodwill to further the progress of our people. That appeal did not come from a place of hate or disrespect. At no point did I ever say the Olu of Warri does not care about his people. That statement is incorrect, and I urge the public to disregard it and not be misled by some oversabi activists.
Thirdly, I am not a Special Adviser to the Governor. I am a Senior Special Assistant on New Media — there is a clear difference. I merited that position as a social commentator who highlights what needs to be done, never to bring down anyone’s reputation. That has never been, and will never be, my character.
Fourthly, I am a proud Deltan who has consistently advocated for peace even before I became a media aide. How on earth will I fight against any tribe, let alone my own? It is laughable to hear such suggestions.
Lastly, I see social media as a suggestion box to highlight what is important. Our king is digitally inclined, and I believe he understood the video from a positive perspective, not from a place of disrespect.
In conclusion, I respect tradition deeply, and if my statement was in any way misunderstood, I tender my apology. I will also refrain from further commentary on the development of the tribe if the throne feels my voice is unwelcome''
