    5. Melatonin, you can find it in liquid, pills or gummies.

If nothing you take is working then do so much during the day that gets you so tired and forces you to sleep. Add a daily exercise routine to your life, or going for evening walks after dinner for at least half an hour. Only go for walks if you live in a safe neighborhood.

    1. Lady, please let that baby. Almost every baby does that. The baby has been on the planet all of seven months and you want him to be perfect. First the tongue has some whiteness after you wipe it and now the baby is doing his thing with his tongue. He is figuring out himself in a body and learning about it.

    1. Either she comes from a stressful home or the relocation to your home has caused stress and anxiety for her. Does she have a history of child seck abuse?

Be patient and put down mattress protector. Hopefully with love and reassurance it will break. I cannot imagine her embarrassment she feels. Perhaps a visit to the doctor is also required, a female doctor, so she can be open if asked personal questions.
